Ingredienti per 12 ravioli: 🥟 60 g di farina d’avena neutra @vitamincompany (o quasiasi altra farina a vostro piacimento) 🥟 10 g di cacao amaro in polvere 🥟 1 uovo (circa 40 g) 🥟 20 g di marmellata di pere @rigonidiasiago 🥟 30 g di ricotta light Procedimento: Unire in una ciotola farina, cacao e uovo. Impastare fino ad ottenere una palla omogenea. Se l’impasto risulta troppo secco, aggiungere un cucchiaino scarso d’acqua. Avvolgere l’impasto con pellicola e lasciar riposare in frigo circa 30 minuti. Nel frattempo unire la ricotta e la marmellata. Successivamente stendere l’impasto in una sfoglia sottile di circa 1-2 mm e dare ai ravioli la forma che si preferisce. Portare a bollore un pentolino d’acqua e cuocerli per circa 5 minuti. Most days, I prefer to eat the same five prepped meals but yesterday, I wanted to eat intuitively and on the go. Well, I learned some great skills from @marclobliner that changed my life... one of which was learning to use portion sizes at scheduled times of day to stay on track without stress. I posted my #fdoe in my story and calculated my macros at the end of the day... and it turns out I finished within several grams of what I usually eat 🥦🙌😆! Sustainable healthy eating has become a skill many of us need to learn just like changing your car’s air filter or how to ride a bicycle 🚲🚘😊. Some people figure it out without much effort and some 🙋‍♀️ need a little help along the way. So after totally falling in love with my chocolate orange PROATS (go when them out their amazing) I decided to stick with the chocolate orange theme and make some CHOCOLATE ORANGE CHIA PUDDING 😍 Tag a friend who loves chocolate 😍🍫 🍫 INGREDIENTS 🍊 - 250ml of dark chocolate @alpro almond milk 😍 or just use regular almond milk and add extra coco powder -10g coco or cacao powder -40g Chia Seeds -5g Honey or Maple Syrup -2 tbsp fresh orange juice - 1tsp fresh orange zest METHOD -Combine all your ingredients, cover and leave overnight in the fridge! ENJOY!! Key highlights of the fortnight: The oversupply of bonds and liquidity tightness is keeping the 10 year G-sec curve range bound. With headline inflation still below 3%, moderating core inflation, slowing industrial growth and GDP growth likely to be below 6.5% in 4QFY19, we expect the rate easing cycle to continue. IIP growth remained sluggish in March 2019, declining 0.1% YoY, after a meagre increase of 0.1% in the previous month. The soft growth was mainly due to decline in manufacturing growth led by auto and auto component segment. The slowdown in consumption space is led by auto sector which has now percolated down to staples. This is a worrying development. Trade deficit widened to USD 15.3 billion on account of weak external demand. Export growth slid to 0.6% YoY from 11.0% YoY in March, as the base effect turned unfavourable. Weakness was mainly driven by non-oil exports, as oil exports registered strong YoY growth. Gold and silver imports registered solid improvement, though non-oil non gold imports contracted for the fourth consecutive month indicating weak domestic demand. CPI inflation inched up to 2.92% in April 2019. Food and beverage inflation stood at 1.38% YoY, up from 0.66% in the previous month. Core inflation stood at 4.58%, down from 5.0% earlier. On the contrary WPI slowed down marginally but sharp rise in food inflation despite high base. Incline bench- one of the keys to a big upper chest 💪🏻 I personally prefer using dumbbells, however on occasion I like to change it up with some relatively light barbell work. I don’t ever go heavy on this, mainly because the angle is a little more shoulder intensive than I’d like! Want a big chest? Do incline dumbbells a lot, and a LOT of flies x at Giffnock
