#mealprep for 2. I like to switch it up after a few days, so I only make meals for 2-3 days in advanced. Mahi-Mahi and salmon as lunch options. Chicken stir-fry for dinner (my favorite if you couldn't tell lol). I have 1 packet of PLAIN oatmeal (watch for the sugar content) along with two boiled eggs and 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast. ☕️ We’re back with another Starbucks edition of “Drink This, Not That” featuring the ever popular (and delicious) Mocha Frappuccino®. If you love coffee, double tap so I can hear you loud and clear! ••• 🗣 What we’re discussing today is specifically whipped cream, and how it affects the calorie content of your Mocha Frapp. We’re not talking about swapping whole milk for nonfat milk, we’re not talking about ordering a different drink entirely… just whipped cream. The same exact drink, plus or minus whipped cream. Got it? ••• ☁️ Here’s the thing… whipped cream is a fluffy, delicious addition to any Frappuccino® (along with other things like pumpkin pie, ice cream, etc). However, it’s also loaded with sneaky calories (and fat!)… frustrating! ••• ❌ The reason you’d say “no whip please” is because you want to save the 120 calories it adds to your drink. Now, you might be thinking… “But Max, 120 calories is no big deal. So what gives?” And yeah, you’re right. In the big picture, 120 calories is no biggie… or is it? ••• 🦄 If you have whipped cream with your Frapp just once in an entire year or during your fat loss journey, no big deal whatsoever. However, if you have an additional (and preventable) 120 calories every day for a year… or every day of your fitness journey… it adds up! BIG TIME. Let me quickly explain… ••• 📆 If you take 120 calories and add it to your consumption for 365 days (one year) that’s an additional 43,800 calories per year. Translation? That’s 12.5 POUNDS of body fat that you could either lose, maintain or gain…. woah is right. ••• 🔑 So, if you’re struggling to lose those extra few pounds, or just in general with your weight loss, think about saying “no” to whipped cream on your Frappuccino®. And to reiterate, yes, it’s ok to have it every now and then. No foul. However, if your primary goal is fat loss, it makes sense to just say no. Got it? For he ones that know me long time knows how hard has been!I’ve been struggling with my teeth for about 7 years they keep moving all the time main reason was an accident where I injured my back and dislocated my jaw 😞yeah it was painful 😣 but there’s always good things that appears after a bad situation. So of course I have to use this annoying Invisalign forever, but after the accident I was challenged to make my body stronger or have a major surgery so guess what I did? 😂 of course I started working out and that’s why I never stopped working out is a matter of a physical need not just how perfect my body would look like. Crock Pot recipes are a favorite around here and I’m always trying to come up with new ways to use my crock pot. I love the idea of making a cake in there but couldn’t decide what to make and then it hit me! Little marshmallows and some Graham cracker crusts would really be a winner in a slow cooker which cooks slowly and makes all the flavors mingle together. The end product? An ooey gooey dessert recipe that’s a winner at any gathering. Ingredients * 1 chocolate cake box mix plus ingredients necessary per directions * 1.5 cups of mini marshmallows * 1.5 cups of chocolate chips * 6 Graham crackers Instructions 1. Mix the box mix per directions. 2. Spray the bottom of your slow cooker with spray OR add some foil to the bottom OR place mix in a cake pan and place that in the slow cooker. I used coconut oil spray. 3. Add half of the batter to the pot. 4. Then add 1 cup of marshmallows and 1 cup of chocolate chips. 5. Layer with graham crackers on the top. Break up to ensure a layer. Save one cracker. 6. Pour in the rest of the batter. 7. Cook on low for 1.5 - 2 hours. If if starts to burn on the sides add some crackers around it to prevent it from burning. 8. Add the rest of the marshmallows and chocolate and finish off with crumbled crackers on top. 9. Cook for another 30 minutes before serving with ice cream, cream or just on it's own.

↔️Create Your Shift↔️ 🐉 Week 6/12 Day 1 🐉 New Workouts this week! And Oh-My-Goodness!😅 🐉 The first 3 weeks of Shift Shop were challenging. Now there’s Shift Shop Deluxe Super Shift :50 and it is Cr@zY challenging! 🐉 In Super Speed :50, there are 3 rounds with 3 moves repeated 3 times for 60, 45, and 30 seconds. 🐉 Some of the moves use a PT Sandbag. Yes, weighted Speed workout.😱 It will take me at least one more day to have the moves down, but I’ll get them.😉 🐉 This is marker climbers. It is the “bear” move for the workout. And it’s a call out move of COLOR markers!😳 Do you see any colors on my mat? NO!😳 So, This is not only a physical challenge but a memory challenge as well.
