Post show you are going to feel invincible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But... in reality you are really not. Infact you are exact opposite. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now for me post show I made the mistake of trying to make the most out of the ‘rebound’ which for a natural guy is bullshit. The only rebound you’ll achieve is fat gain - there is no way your body is going to be growing any muscle straight after finishing a long prep. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Looking back, I should of deloaded immediately and even the week post deload significantly reduce my training volume intensity instead of trying to break PBs in the gym 🤦‍♂️. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Use this period to back off. It’s fucking hard though when all you want to do is train and improve your physique but like I said you won’t be building any muscle in the phase, you may regain some lost tissue but building new muscle straight of the bat of a long prep? No definitely not. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The harsh reality of a prep is that it realistically is going to take you a decent amount of time to get over it fully. Your body has been so so so stressed for so long. Little update for you.. Week 10 . This pic is from 2 weeks ago, i haven't got a new 1 to post cus I dislike each 1 i take at the moment 🙈 I'll get some proper check in photos up on the weekend ✌🏼 . Current intake & expenditure⬇️ . 2190 Calories 235 Carb 50 Fat 200 Protons . 5x30mins intervals per week, increased steps to between 12/14k per day this final week and 3 training sessions per week. . Hit my numbers bang on, include atleast 1 large serving of each, fruit & veg per day, hit minimum 25g fibre, no food is off limits however with low calories the majority is 'clean'. . Weight hovering around 172/173lb so 13/14lb down from the start. Expecting a drop tommorow & saturday.. 170lb ? . .
