195 calorie Apple Crumble 🥧🍏 . . This is gluten free and vegan 🌱 ✅ and under 200 calories per portion! I split this into 6, for these calories, and was the perfect size to finish off without going over board..feels like a PROPER treat, without the guilt! 🙌🏼 . 6 small green apples (but any would do) 1tsp cinnamon 2tsp sugar . Peel and chop the apples, and mix in cinnamon and sugar, tip into dish . 100g gf flour 40g gf oats 20g vegan light butter 20g sugar 1tsp cinnamon 2tbsp golden syrup . In a blender on pulse until mixed but not too smooth if you want the oaty texture - or mixed by hand with a fork . Tip on top, press down, and pop in the oven at 180 for 25 min until golden brown . LIFTING REALITY 💣 - A lot of guys get into working out for girls. If that’s your main motivation for getting in shape, well, I have some bad news 😂. - My main reason for getting into working out was just to get in shape and feel better about myself. I never did it for anyone else. However, it hasn’t done much in terms of helping with girls. If anything, I think it hurts since I’m often stereotyped as a “meathead” and I guess I look somewhat intimidating. Some females also don’t seem to want to be with someone who they perceive is in better shape than they are. - I get attention from guys though! I’ll get stopped by random guys all the time asking for lifting advice or the occasional pick up attempt 😏😏. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but it has never happened with a girl. The point is, you need to be internally motivated. Doing this (or anything) for other people is not a sustainable source of motivation. - Don’t forget to Double tap❤ • Hope that helps! 🔥Most Common Gym Mistakes🔥 . 1. Warm Up- Allow muscles to prepare themselves for exercise, as bloody flows to the muscle providing it with oxygen ready for the graft💥 . 2. Dehydration- Less energy, feeling lethargic, light headed plus poor decision making definitely won’t lead to a winner of a workout💥 . 3. Lack of Plan- I’ve seen this so much when working in a gym, ‘I’ll do a bit of this and a bit of that’...if you haven’t got a plan then are you training smart or are you going through the motions?...with the correct splits and training programme, you’ll be efficient in the gym and gain results, simple👊🏽 (P.s. I can help😁)💥 . 4. Lack of Rest- During strength training, cutting yourself short of rest and thinking you can just go straight into your next set is naive, goals won’t be hit ✖️finish your set have the given rest and you’ll find yourself being more consistent and efficient during strength based sessions👌🏽 This also falls into ‘Lack of Plan’ and session planning, allow your muscles worked sufficient time to recover and glycogen stores to repeat before hitting that muscle group again💥 . 5. Ego Lifting- Lifting a weight fat too heavy, not concentrating the muscles supposed to be worked and breaking your back in the meantime isn’t that cool. Calm your ego and nail those lifts whilst your form builds✔️ ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’💥 . 6. Lack of Intensity- give it your all, up the volume, whether it’s an extra bicep curl since your last session, upping the weight, quicker burpees, more squat jumps in a given time💪🏽 DOMINATE!💥
