First workout with my new weighted vest, and man it was a good one. I did a solid back workout then did a HIIT workout with 15 pounds loaded up. You wouldn't think that 15 pounds would make a difference, but I could definitely feel it. Obviously this all can be done with no vest. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades back on your flies and down on your pull downs. Form is everything! Kick butt and refuel well when you're done!
