I know I post a lot of fitness stuff, and I know you probably think I work out a lot. Like, A LOT. But I swear I don't. You don't have to live and breath fitness in order to get healthy. But you do have to do something. When I do workout, I share it, with the hopes that one person will someday message me and say "I should probably start taking care of myself" or "that looks fun, I want to try it", or "if she can do it, I can do it", and so on. I do it with the hopes that if someone is ready to change their life, that they will know they can.

However, some dried fruits, like cranberries, are too tart for most people to want to eat them as a snack, so sugar or fruit juices are added to them when they're dried. So yes added to any diet they can be beneficial, just don't overdo it!

Had a successful day/night here in Calgary ! Sign up a few clients, saved their lives ! Feels amazing to bring such value to people especially when unfortunate circunstances arise. While staying at our hotel there wasn't much to work with so I decided to get creative and stack a couple dumbbells in each hand. Little awkward at first but it worked well! I hear it a lot people say oh that gym doesn't have this or that , that's a bull shit excuse! Get creative with what you have and make it work. To be honest that was one of my better work outs I've had simply because I had fun thinking of different ways to make the smaller weights work! I was already up for 18 hours with a nasty cough, there's no fucking excuse to get the work done ! Fitness Story time- Sort of a long post so I apologize in advance but I promise it's good!!😂😅This collage shows my progress journey all the way from June 2013 to August 2017. The picture on the far left is at my heaviest at 200 lbs (no muscle and all fat) taken in May 2013 when I began my fitness journey shortly after graduating from college.I forced myself to work out daily, walk every day for 45 minutes,and eat a high green,high fiber, and low carb diet. Slowly, walking turned to running and I started hitting the gym at least 3-4 times a week and incorporated light weights into my routine while keeping my diet clean.Soon, I worked out almost everyday about an hour on the treadmill or elliptical and was able to get down to 145 lbs by December 2013.I then went into maintenance mode. I continued to follow this weight loss routine for the next year without much focus on building muscle and almost 95% focus on cardio in order to relatively maintain my weight until December of 2014.The pic in the middle is at my lightest at 135 lbs when I was so skinny I could see my ribs at times. That's when I started to build and split up muscle groups by day training each one extensively and making sure to get a high protein and carb intake daily.I focused on various routines between mid-2014 to mid-2017 to get where I am today up to 172 lbs.I still have a long long way to go in getting more cut and ripped or achieving my dream body but I am taking it one day and step at time.Never think for a minute that you are lazy or weak to pursue your fitness goals.It all takes a first step,however small (or cliché this may sound 😌😌😂😂). It could come down just to giving up junk food and soda for a week to test it out.It could also come down to walking every day for just 30 minutes around the block.Every step is a mile ahead of where you were and never lose hope just by looking at the bodies or fitness levels achieved by models and athletes.Everyone started somewhere. Oh and don't trust any fake advertised tonics,foods, or potions on tv to make you thin.YOU make yourself achieve and no one else.They just derail you from your goals.Be brave enough and good luck! at Atlanta, Georgia

I'm feeling it today! 💪🏻💦 🥔 🌶 🍳 🌱 🥓 I was a little intimidated by the workouts and nutrition plan, but so far it's COMPLETELY manageable for my busy AF schedule. 👩🏼‍💻 #GIRLBOSS But that's no excuse to put my health on the back burner. I just have to say - PCOS fucking sucks. Yep, I said it. It makes you tired, bloated, crampy, irritable (obviously), among other things. I let it get to me the past two days; gave into my cravings, didn't work out, and kept telling myself, "man, it really got to me this time." . But I woke up this morning and thought, "screw that. Quit using it as a crutch. Quit using it as an excuse. You have goals, right? Then freaking get to it." So, I ran with my running club and I feel SO👏🏻MUCH👏🏻BETTER. Am I still tired? Yes. But do I feel as crampy? Nope. Do I feel better about the day? Yep. . . . You may be tired. Hell, if the kid wasn't here I'd be taking a big fat nap.
