That’s why when you give in to them, you come undone. Does this make sense to you? 🤔 I hope it does because this realization is crucial not just for losing weight, but more importantly for healing your relationship with food, so you can finally get off the dieting roller coaster & create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. You’re busy We are all BUSY, but we also all find time to mindless activities, looking at you Netflix;) ➕ I have been through many seasons with fitness and in each of those seasons, I have had to adjust my schedule to make fitness/nutrition a priority. ➕ Without further ado. My tips for managing your time. ➕ Make YOU 👸🏼a priority. Sounds cheesy but until you decide you are worth it, you will always find an excuse. Schedule your workouts. ➕ Write 📝them in your calendar. If you have to reschedule, so be it, but seeing it on your books makes a big difference. ➕ Have a plan. I have a workout that I do for 4-8 weeks and I look at my workout the night before to get a general 💡 idea of what I’m going to do. If you waste all your time figuring out what you are going to do, that leaves zero time to actually do it. ➕ Get up early⏰. Stay up later. Walk during your lunch break. We all have different schedules and responsibilities, but we all have an extra 30 minutes that can be utilized to move the needle in the right direction. ➕ Quit with social media 📱 scrolling and Netflix. Seriously, they are sucking your precious time away from bettering yourself. ➕ Be realistic. Don’t try to overhaul your life in one week. Start small. 15 minute walks, 10 minutes of stretching, nail those 15 minutes and then add on from there. Kids are not an excuse. I have always had kids 🤪 and always made it work, even if it meant playing on the playground for the day.👍🏼 ➕ Let’s help each other out. Did you know that not only does stress and anxiety affect your gut, but that it also works the other way too? Your gut health can directly impact your mood. This is down to the gut-brain axis, which is essentially a bidirectional signalling network that informs the brain of the internal state and health of our body. ⁠The gut-brain axis gives the gut privileged access to the brain, ⁠constantly communicating and influencing each other. It means that what goes on in the gut can affect how the brain performs, influencing how we think, feel and behave. Chocolate pops! #vegan #dairyfree #refinedsugarfree #rawtreat . . Miss Amelia was asking about "lolly pops" again!!!! My god when this kid gets something in her head she doesn't let go! . So for those who have been following me you will know that Amelia has been sheltered from "real/ junk lollies" and pretty much all "junk" foods. And a few moths ago she asked for lollies/ lolly pops so I made her some healthy gelatine jubes. She liked them but didnt love them, truth is she's not a real sweet tooth girl and I think she just wanted something on a stick- like a loly pop stick. So shopping at @aldiaustralia this week we came across some silicone unicorn lolly pop moulds!!! And she remembered she didnt like lollies so she asked for chocolate lolly pops. Again she's never had "commercial" chocolate, only my home made raw chocolate. So that was super easy I just whipped up an easy chocolate mix and poured it into the silicone moulds! She loved it!
