SPICED EGGNOG OATS ✨ & UPDATE...⁣ ⁣ So if you just want the recipe for these oats then skip below!!⁣ Okay so 1 more paper to hand in tonight and then I am DONE for this semester!! I couldn’t be more excited for this semester to be over. It was definitely a tough one...as you probably noticed I’ve been quite absent from this account to really focus on school 👩🏽‍🔬I have definitely missed creating recipes and content for this account and can’t wait to get back into it since it’s something that makes me happy and I love sharing and connecting with you guys! Leave any requests down below ⬇️⁣ ⁣ Spiced Eggnog Oats ⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ ⁣ - 1 cup of oats (I do half @bobsredmill rolled oats and half steel cut because I like this consistency the best!)⁣ - Water⁣ - 1 banana⁣ - 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)⁣ I used a @bodyenergyclub vegan vanilla protein - 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon⁣ - 1 tsp of nutmeg⁣ - 1/4 cup of @earthsowncanada plant based eggnog⁣ - chopped pecans⁣ - almond butter & maple syrup (optional)⁣ ⁣ Directions:⁣ 1. Start by combining your oats and ~ 2 cups of water on medium high heat and bring to a boil and then turn down the heat to a simmer ⁣ 2. Next add half a mashed banana, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and add more water as needed until its at the consistency you prefer⁣ 3. Next once you have combined everything and your oats are cooked, add in your eggnog and this will make them super creamy and then cook them until its at the consistency your prefer and then remove from heat⁣ 4. Pour into a bowl, and top with your toppings, I did the other half of the banana, lots of chopped pecans and more cinnamon! Almond butter would be perfect on this too but mine was at the bottom of the container so it wasn’t creamy enough to drizzle! Also add a little drizzle of maple syrup if you like your oats a bit sweeter! ⁣ ⁣ ENJOY!

💕MyLovelyBowl💕 • • • Coucou mes Chéris, Pour ce bol, il vous faut: Base: -35 gr de flocons d’avoine @quakeroatsuk -225 ml d’eau ou de lait -1 c.a.c de sucrant de votre choix -Quelques gouttes d’arôme vanille Toppings: -1 poignée de framboises et groseilles -1 rocher chocolat blanc -1 poignée de noix de cajou -1 nuage de lait • 1/ Dans une casserole, mélanger l’avoine, le sucrant, l’eau ou le lait, puis l’arôme vanille. Season salmon on all sides with salt and pepper. Pat dry with paper towels. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add salmon, skin side down, and sear until edges of skin start to brown, 3 minutes. Remove salmon from skillet, add tomatoes and carrots and season with more salt and pepper, then place salmon on top of vegetables, skin side up. Bring to a boil and adjust milk and water based on preferred consistency. Add 1 tbsp cacao powder, 2 tbsp honey, and 2 tbsp each hemp and chia seeds. Goooooood morning! Started off the day with a nice warm bowl of coconut banana oatmeal 😋 1/3 cup Oats 1/2 medium banana 1 tablespoon organic unsweetened coconut flakes 2 oz Greek yogurt nonfat 1 tsp cinnamon —-> 236 calories 💕 I feel really stressed today, have a lot of loose ends I need to tie in terms of schoolwork and applications and I don’t really know where my life is going at the moment and that’s a scary feeling. Haven’t really had much of an appetite either, nothing really tastes good or is satisfying to me and I think it’s because I’m stressed.
