Spent day on hold with 2 degrees to get mobile data sorted.... Whilst on hold I've busted out a #keto cooking day.... Omelette & keto protein mini cheesecake... Yum!

Spent some time at the barre today and walked away feeling a different type of strong than I used to 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️⠀ •⠀ I’ve got a few weeks till I fully embrace this new low impact, high intensity awesomeness and to say I’m ready would be an understatement!!⠀ •⠀ I still intend to complete my current lifting program bc it will finish right after the VIP launch of this one and I couldn’t think of a better way to ring in my third trimester!! #fitpregnancyjourney •⠀ I know a lot of people like to set New Years resolutions, I committed to my wellness journey in January 2018 and haven’t regretted a single day since!!⠀ •⠀ So if your interested in a routine that will help with mobility, flexibility, range of motion, all while toning and sculpting your muscles then just lemme know!!

As someone who still struggles with occasional heavy mood swings, I found some benefits into having a set routine to avoid walking down depression lane again.⁣ ⁣ At this point, it's probably no secret to you that my mind loves thinking. A lot. Often too much. I don't mind confronting my darker thoughts once in a while but if I dwell, the rumination worsens. So I make plans and projects. I keep myself busy to confuse my jobless mind with the power of lists. ⁣ ⁣ Yes. Making lists, sticking to them and crossing them off, like written rules to discipline my mind from wandering. As Loreau writes in 𝘓'𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘥𝘦 𝘭𝘢 𝘓𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦: “[Lists] allow you to reorder yourself, to evolve, to tame silence and solitude, to simplify life and give it more value. And what could be more gratifying or more effective than doing something by yourself and for yourself?"⁣ ⁣ 📝 𝐓𝐨-𝐝𝐨/𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭⁣ ⤷ throw all your ideas and tasks in⁣ ⤷ sort them by term/deadline/priority/difficulty⁣ ⭐️ helps you visualize & organize your thoughts⁣ ⭐️ increases productivity and clarity⁣ ⭐️ motivates you to act⁣ ⭐️ a written task = free mind space to work on it⁣ ⁣ 🛍 𝗪𝐢𝐬𝐡/𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭⁣ ⤷ write down all your dreams and goals ⁣ ⤷ it can be anything from learning a new language to getting better at drawing to purchasing a unicorn or countries you want to visit⁣ ⭐️ gives you reasons to work hard for/look forward to⁣ ⭐️ keeping them front and center in your vision is keeping them front and center in your mind⁣ ⭐️ gives you a sense of direction: "Direction, not intention, determines destination." (Andy Stanley)⁣ ⁣ 🙏🏻 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭⁣ ⤷ write everyday the things you're thankful for⁣ ⭐️ helps you consciously focus on the positive⁣ ⭐️ trains your mind to have perspective when you're having a rough day and tend to see everything negatively⁣ ⁣ Read your lists often and keep your done lists too! You'll increase your awareness to the things that you want to accomplish and have already accomplished (don't forget to praise yourself 👏🏻).

It's okay to stumble, fall off and take time for yourself. It's okay to struggle, life isn't perfect and neither are any of us. But when that happens dont let it take the joy out of what you love. When we're struggling it's so easy to lose the enjoyment we normally get from doing the things we love doing. That's when we have to remind ourselves why we enjoy it and get back to it for our own sake.
