Bathroom remodel underway for my stone-loving clients. We’re almost there with the finishes for this lovely couple. Rock and tile installations are complete creating a peaceful bathroom retreat. You know I’m all about achieving a peaceful look ✌🏻 Check out what this main bath looked like before in the last photos. Anyone out there still have this same blue tile in their original bath from the 60s?

A very natural and organic look in my client’s Medway, Ma bathroom project. My quartz countertop selection shown here with the installed bathroom floor. This color palate gives me calming vibes ✌🏻, appropriate for a bathroom retreat.

A beautiful family trip to Sydney in the books! One of the highlights (among so many amazing memories), all the Gardenias at the #royalbotanicgardenssydney. Absolute heaven. I’ve always loved these flowers not only because of their beauty and fragrance but also because of what they represent: peace, purity, and positivity. What these flowers represent is exactly what I work so hard to convey in each design I create for my clients. #peacefulfreshfunctional #interiordesigns #gardeniahomedesign

Hey there! I’m Liz, business owner and former classroom teacher. I love all the rustic furniture, classic stripes, and salted caramel is my weakness to mention a few items on my favorites list! As a mom of two boys and wife to my high school sweetheart, I decided to venture into an interior design career after 11 years teaching and a background renovating interiors. Always passionate about design and creating, venturing into this business has proven to be a challenge but extremely fulfilling in so many ways. •What’s the biggest risk you’ve ever taken in your career or maybe it’s the risk you’re not yet ready to take?• I hope you share with me below because I’d love to hear! Obsessed with these Bailey stools from @ballarddesigns for my split-level project. This was a complete gut job involving a remodeled kitchen and new living room design. Brand new kitchens need all new furniture and decor when you’re completely transformed the look and feel of a main living space like this!

“The details are not the details, they make the design.” Architectural details and decorative details add interest help the eye travel around the room in this farmhouse family room design. If you’re implementing a subtle color palate in your room, consider layering multiple fabric patterns and textures, greenery, and a mix of materials like metal, wood, and glass to add dimension and style to the room! Mudroom envy! This room is the addition off my client’s family room and what a dream! Do you have a mudroom space or do you wish you had a spot to tuck all the boots??? 📷 cred @bsolari17 #photobuzzphotography

E-Design is one of the most useful and most practical ways to specifically tailor a vision for your space. It allows me to show my clients my vision for a room and allows my client to provide feedback before I go shopping. It’s also so easy for you DIYers out there to do this on your own. I use a Pages or Paint document and screen shot images of products I find online, resize the images and play around! Dependent on the budget, I use this visual as inspiration and often go shopping in store for the more affordable accessories and decor @homegoods @homesense_us or @pier1

Same wall. New stuff! Great design doesn’t need to cost a lot. Spend some money on purchasing neutral multifunctional furniture and a high pile rug for a solid foundation. Layer less expensive artwork and pillows to add style and interest. This sleeper sofa will be a great addition for my client’s overnight guests and the fresh color combo is👌🏻. Design by @gardeniahomedesign and all of these GORGEOUS products pictured here are from @wayfair 🙌🏻.

A lovely example of a true redesign (see the BEFORE at the end). I’m passionate about reusing as many items as I can that already exist in the home spending as little money possible to get that fresh look everyone is searching for. The only items purchased in this client’s guest room were the rug, headboard, and faux plant...okay, some new pillows too. Can’t live without those fluffy pillows! Encouraging you to get creative with what you have in storage or move items from room to room to help make the old new again! #peacefulfreshfunctional

Often it doesn’t take much to create a cohesive look. An addition of a table runner and florals as well as a new white sideboard you’ll see tucked under the artwork with the vases helps bring these existing pieces together. Swipe for the before shot. #peacefulfreshfunctional
