Gestern Abend im Studio musste ich mir mal wieder an den Kopf packen. Junge Männer, wohl relativ neu im Studio unterhielten sich wie sie denn die krassesten #gainz machen. YouTuber XY hat gesagt man muss dies&das machen 🙈 Diese Wissenschaft wo einfach alles schwierig gemacht wird. Was im Internet von sich gegeben wird, ist ja nicht falsch. Es verwirrt aber nur und hilft dadurch den wenigsten. Wie funktioniert also Progression in Sachen Hypertrophie? Heute trainierst du mit 100kg 4 Sätze und 8 Wiederholungen 3 Tage später mit 100kg 4 Sätzen. 3x8 und einmal 9 Wiederholungen. Das geht so lange bis du 4 Sätze 9 Wiederholungen geschafft hast und dann steigerst du das Gewicht. Der Spaß geht von vorne los. Nicht so schwierig oder ?😊 Wie steht ihr dazu? Move that body...that’s what it was made for. This day and age most people sit for a large duration of the day and live a sedentary lifestyle. Start being more mindful of how much your moving throughout the day and do what it takes to get up more often. Set an alarm or alert to remind you to stand up and move your body for at least 30 to 60 minutes per day whether that’s walking or any other type of activity. Start back day with some old school pull ups. - Probably an exercise that can be forgotten about whilst trying to build a big back. I personally think they’re essential for building muscle. I want to take a moment to talk about nutrition. I feel like I don’t talk much about it and it’s literally the most important aspect to having an effective and successful fitness journey. Working out is only going to get you to your goals IF AND ONLY IF you are properly fueling your body with the right kinds of food. It’s so important to eat clean. Eliminate processed foods! Cook! Be more conscious of what you put into your body. If you don’t have time to cook everyday...pick one day out of the week to meal prep. This will help you stay on track and not deviate from your “diet”. It’s so easy to go buy fast food just because you don’t “feel” like cooking. But it’s easier to open the fridge and warm up an UNPROCESSED..HEALTHY..meal that you already prepared. I don’t mind answering any questions about meal ideas and I also have a meal guide in my FITGuide as well if anyone is having trouble! ☺️ . . . Lastly, if you’re trying to build your bum keep in mind that you HAVE TO feed the booty. That means you must be eating enough food.. but again make sure you’re eating clean. 😉
