Buenos días a todos y todas!!! Vamos a por el Jueves a darle duro y con ganas!!! Lo primero quiero que sepáis que estoy intentado subir dos post diarios uno con la rutina y otro con Tips de ejercicios, músculos, etc. Pero me es un poco complicado ya que también estamos trabajando con una colaboración con una marca de suplementos y con el nuevo canal de Youtube que abriremos en breves, esto sumado a todos los clientes es un poco complicado. Vamos con la rutina: 1. Dominadas (Espalda) Hacer 5 series de 3 Rep. y 2 series al fallo. Intentar hacer las de fuerza con lastre si se puede y las 2 series libres al fallo 2. Press superior (Pecho) Hacer 4 series de 4 Rep. Trabajar con alrededor de un 80-85% del Rm. Llegando muy cerca del fallo muscular. 3. Zancada con mancuernas (Pierna) Hacer 4 series de 10 Rep. Cuidado con el peso de este ejercicio, es mejor hacerlo con menos peso y mantener el equilibrio y postura. 4. Elevaciones laterales (Hombro). Hacer 4 series de 10 Rep. OJO con esto hacerlo muy despacio y concentrado con los dos brazos sincronizados y sin balanceos. 5. Cardio. Un poco de cinta (15 minutos) con intervalos de 2-3 minutos a 9km/h aprox. Y 45”-1 minutos en sprint a 15-16 km/h. Hoy no se hace abdomen para dejarlo reposar de los últimos días, pasamos a realizar un poco de cardio al final del entreno para intentar quemar un poco pero sin exceder el tiempo marcado para evitar catabolismos. Ya sabéis cualquier dudita un MD, os intento siempre contestar lo antes posible. Last night @ironhousestrengthconditioning had a visitor and my OG workout partner and current lab rat client @katlinmcn. . I miss working out with her sometimes because she knows how to push my buttons (naturally cause we’re basically twins) and some how get me to go harder. . Also had @_cinema83 in the house helping me with some filming so stay tuned for that announcement!! . Back is till nice and toasty, even after a good night of sleep.

This goes out to Sarah 'Smurphy' Murphy, who has been training with us for a little under 2 months and has been making exceptional progression in her habits, consistency, strength, fitness and overall level of kickass-ness 💪 . Right at the end of last night's session, I had a massive cramp in my right glute during the 4th rep. It’s been a such great week at the SunRay classes! The evening classes have seen record attendance with 21 people at both Bootcamp and Core, and over 60 people in total have attended my 4 classes this week 😊
There have certainly been times when I’ve been heading out to Bootcamp to a handful of people in the dead of winter (with the prospect of a lot of very muddy equipment to clear up at the end) when I’ve wondered if my classes were the best use of my time! But what I have always found is that I LOVE those classes once I am out there. I have such a fantastic bunch of ladies who attend and it always feels good being outside in the fresh air, regardless of the weather, regardless of how many of us there are. Today I celebrated running classes number 149 and 150. Feeling very grateful for all the people who have put enough faith in me to come along and give them a try. And especially a big thank you to those who have stuck with me through the mud and the wind and the rain and been there since the start.
