#waybackwednesday vs #workforitwednesday back in 2007 I had a titanium rod inserted into my left quad and nuts and bolts in pelvis and knee after a horrible ATV accident and I remember doctors and nurses saying there was a good chance things wouldn’t be the same again for me as far as sports and weight training due to the fact my left leg is nearly an inch shorter than my right at the conclusion of my surgery but where I come from we don’t make excuses we make adjustments!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Despite the recent focus on power and speed training I went for a deadlift PR 150kg today, went up very easily 💪🏽and even went for 160kg but failed to lock out(soon come tho☝🏽), I am always one to only accept clean lifts and this felt great to lift 150 cleanly 💥 Remember to focus on keeping your back tight and your shoulder pinned back to our more of the pressure through your legs 🔥👌🏽 Deadlift tips will be up soon 👍🏽 at Eastbourne, East Sussex

To quote my wise mother, “If your clothes are wrinkly, you’re not living your best life.” Aka I must not be living my best life 😰 anywhoooo, I was reading Unf*ck Yourself last night and it talked about how changing your thoughts about something can change your overall attitude towards it. The example used was “dreadful chores” and how you’re always going to dread those chores because you’ve created a negative mindset about them. But when you really think about it, are they THAT bad? Probably not. • So my challenge to you (and myself) this week is to think about something you’ve created a negative mindset about and begin to change your thoughts about it. Oh and drop it in the comments below because accountability is 🔑!!! For me, I’m going to change my mindset about training back and abs and hopefully retrain my brain 😌 at South Carolina

Przysiad + zakroki po skosie na wyciągu dolnym - przysiad pomiędzy każdym zakrokiem, brzuch napięty, plecy proste. 2. Martwy ciąg na wyciągu - u mnie ze stepa coby kierunek linki był bardziej w dół, wolny ruch ekscentryczny i szybki koncentryczny. 3. Hip thrust jednonóż z hantelką - biodra równolegle. 4. Odwodzenie na gumie w wąskim przysiadzie - chwyt za cokolwiek, nie siadamy całym ciężarem ciała. Enjoy!😊 _______________________________________ 🇺🇸:I loove training for legs so here is another one! 😁💪 Remember that any good leg training should have the activation of the glutes muscles and mobilization before👌 On the movie you have: 1. Squat + diagonals lunges on the lower lift - squat between each leg, core tight, back straight. 2. A deadlift on the lift - in my version on step, the direction of the line was more down, slow eccentric and fast concentric movement. 3. One leg hip thrust with a dumbbell - hips stays parallel. 4. Abductions with band in squat - grip for anything, do not sit down with all the weight of the body.
