I met an older lady yesterday who kind of made my day! When I asked her how she was she stated, “better and better!”. Then I said, “I love that, ME TOO!” I thought that was such an awesome and unique answer. She later explained to me that she has studied metaphysics for years and that when one says “better and better” in response to the question “how are you?”, it is a command to your body + life to ACTUALLY continually get better and better. She said the body and life respond to everything we say. This is confirming that it is imperative to be intentional and conscious with the words I am speaking. . She told me that this little tip really helped her improve her life! & I’m definitely going to use it myself. I know many people believe in similar concepts and I can’t wait to start exploring this! Block 3 Week 3 of Body Beast. Beast Cardio and Beast Abs ✔️ Nearly completing my 4th round of Body Beast! Never in my life did I ever think that I would LOVE lifting weights this much. Let alone start seeing the results I am starting to see.... Today was one of the killer workouts not sure if this or Leg day is bad but yes this one is killer due to the 10s hold. Over all this workout always leaves me out of breath and wanting to 🤢🤢🤢!!! Rough week and to be honest today I had no motivation to workout yet found inner strength (or extra boost from Energize) and got it done anyway. When you have goals you want to reach...you can't let your can't or don't want to from stopping you!

Build Shoulders ✔️ Still having a little bit of difficulties increasing the weights for the lateral raises. The highest I have gone is 12.5 lbs.
