This was an early weigh in yesterday but I was too angry to post it 😂🙈 I’m trying so hard not to focus on the number because I feel so much better in myself this week but it’s hard. This is only the loss of the unexpected gain that I shouldn’t have had last week so essentially in two weeks I haven’t lost anything? I’m definitely going to do measurements as I need to see something going down! I’m now doubting that I will get to my target before Dublin in 4 weeks. I have 8lb to lose and 2lb per week is tough going but who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe the weight loss gods will be kind to me so that I can eat chocolate in Dublin 😂🙈 Anyway, I’m not going to dwell- we had a fab night last night and I feel so much better in myself so I’m going to keep going. @fitnessmummyrolo ・・・ The post that sent my Instagram onto the viral explore pages is back. I used to reach massive insights back in the day but stoped posting so much of my transformation and story behind it. So for any one struggling right now this is for you! During my twin pregnancy I didn't care about what I was eating or how I looked! I gained 5stone and went from a size 8 to a size 16-18! After giving birth as some of you who follow me , will know I experienced postnatal depression and anxiety! It got so bad I was prescribed medication to help me through my darkest of days , a year later when my twins turned one I knew I was stronger then my demons! I turned to fitness as my new motivation and passion to help me through and from that moment on I've never looked back, I love eating clean & exercising & the benefits that have come with it. My twins weigh around 2.5 stone each in total almost 5stone- the amount I gained during pregnancy!!! I'm now a happy healthy and my depression and anxiety are much better even tho I still have the odd anxious day here and there. My journey hasn't been easy but I can assure any other mummies out there it has been worth it my children are my life and I'd do it all again! Fitness has helped me not only physically but mentally too! I'm learning to love my body again! Even tho it isn't perfect i have two healthy happy beautiful children I couldn't ask for more! Post natal depression was the most terrible experience I've ever had in my life! no one can tell you it's going to happen to you and dealing with it can be hard! Are you as sick of seeing these sorts of pictures as I am? How many of you have tried to lose weight and resulted to limp tasteless garden salads day in and day out. Or have tried to cut whole food groups out without any research into why other than "carbs are bad". We all have probably heard of calories, but how many of us understand how they breakdown, where to modify them to help you achieve our goals? And to further that how many of us know about our macronutrients? Protein Fats Carbohydrates By working out your ideal daily macronutrient target numbers you can adjust your lifestyle accordingly to achieve your goals. This also means that by learning macronutrients and how they make up our foods we can continue to enjoy our favourites that are traditionally completely cut out of normal 'diets'. Abs are made in the kitchen You can't out exercise a bad diet And 100 more cliche anecdotes I could spout out. But basically I'm going to be posting and resharing more information throughout the week about how to lose weight without dieting and make positive changes without setting yourself up for failure. Please feel free if there is a specific point you'd like me to cover over the week.

-3lbs this week on #slimmingworld which I'm really pleased with. I gained 3lbs after taking all of December off, so I'm back to my pre Christmas weight and am feeling more comfortable in my clothes after the turkey and chocolate bloat! Total loss: 3st 4.5lbs since June 2018. Mollie was born at the end of May and I'm now lighter than when I fell pregnant, so also pleased with that. One of my main goals for getting fit as soon after Talon was born as possible was so that I could be active and energetic around my son. Even before getting pregnant, I lacked motivation to get out and experience everything. I got out and about and it wasn’t like I was really depressed - I just was lethargic. I always worried that age would be against me having Talon so late (at 38 years old) because I wasn’t fit. But I feel like I’m in my mid 20s these days in terms of fitness and enthusiasm to get out and about.

S A T U R D A Y S W E A T 💦 It’s #SaturdaySweat time! Today’s workout focuses on Arms, Chest and Core and you need nothing but some space and about 20 minutes depending on your fitness level! I’ve also written this workout down and posted in on my IG stories for you to save to your phones for future workouts! Workout: 3 Rounds total, 30 second rest in-between sets! 1️⃣12x Pushups (Knees or Toes) 2️⃣12x Commandos (Left) 3️⃣12x Commandos (Right) 4️⃣12 Shoulder Plank (Left) 5️⃣12 Shoulder Plank (Right) 6️⃣12 Crab Walks Note: Always focus on form over speed! This workout is suitable or all levels of fitness, however if you are pregnant or postpartum i would recommend performing all movements on your knees or against a raised bench. First time I tried Reformer Pilates I walked in thinking I had this in the bag. I’m fit, I’m gonna nail this! I mean, it looks so “easy”!!! Hah, who was I kidding... an hour later I literally crawled out with my tail between my legs , and was sore for DAAAAYS!!! And that is what made me fall in love with it. I just couldn’t commit to do just pilates, as when it comes to fitness - I like to keep my options open 😏 I love to do different things, to keep my body guessing, and in general, keep fit in a fun and interesting way. However, being able to go to Pilates once a week, yoga once a week, gym for my heavy lifts and F45 for the group training and epic sweat sessions just wasn’t financially viable 🤷🏼‍♀️ until now....😏 @classpassausnz is FINALLY at the Gold Coast which means I can now train at over 50 studios / gyms around the GC* under ONE membership! (Excluding F45 -I now work for them so that’s how I solved that problem 💁🏼‍♀️) ((*and around the world if I’m not incorrect!?)) I can now have my cake, AND eat it too !!! Totally not a sales pitch, as I have nothing to do with ClassPass, I’m just sharing the knowledge, and the love for those who has the same indecisive “I want to do it all but can’t afford it” struggles. I’m about to finish up a month of a free trial they are offering here on the GC and I am SO signing up! I’ve tried 3 new yoga studios, one pilates studio (@thepilatespad - this pic 🤤) and a gym, and I still have another week and a few classes / credits to go so yeah - sold 🙋🏼‍♀️ . PS. Only took me 36hrs to post this and I have such a backlog of posts to post which I really want to post cause I want to share kinda posts, but I just don’t. Have. The. Time! It's so easy for me to say I'm a mess and I'm not good enough. As a mom I feel like a failure ALOT. I feel like I'm failing my kids, or because I work full time I'm not spending enough time with them. But I have to remind myself that I work hard to provide for them and to give my family the best life they can have. I have to remember that only with failure comes success. So it's been 3 weeks since I started my postpartum weight loss journey and here's my progress. Scale is not reflecting much of a difference and I had a small set back because my milk supply started to drop. However I can see a small change in my belly bloat and back fat, as well as muscle gain. Espandi il petto e porta indietro la pancia il più possibile, quindi mantieni la posizione. Visualizzati mentre provi a toccarti con l’ombelico la spina dorsale. Una contrazione isometrica di 10-30 secondi è una ripetizione. Una volta imparato, il Vuoto dello Stomaco può essere eseguito in posizione eretta, sulle ginocchia, seduta e distesa. Dinner & Done! . . When I started this program this was something I was going to focus on. I don’t believe that calories consumed at night are bad. But, for me that is when I snack most & this way I eliminate the temptation to keep snacking all together when I set this for myself. One of my all time favorite exercise moves to do with the kids I call “the crab” Get into a low sumo squat and shuffle your feet to move ten steps one way, then shuffle ten the opposite direction. Remain in the same low squat the entire time. Don’t forget to make crab claws with the kiddos to really feel the burn! Got some new kicks today 👟😁College is when I first started to workout & take my health seriously. I used to wear any ole oversized tee & beat up sweats that doubled for jammies. It was hard to get motivated some times. One day at the gym, some girls came in & they looked so cute & fit to me. They had their fitted tanks, leggings & cool shoes on. I thought, mann I wish I could wear stuff like that & look good & then I realized I probably could! So, I went to the bookstore the next day & bought the latest Fordham (FU lol) leggings & tanks. Then I ran up Fordham Rd & got some Air Max’s. I remember hot pink was involved, lmao. I was so motivated after that! I looked great & felt great too. All my months of working out & eating right had paid off. So, if you’re struggling w/working out & motivation, take a look in the mirror. Do you also struggle bc you feel & look like sh!t?! Invest in some shoes you like & that fit, get some pants, shorts whatever you prefer, get some new sports bras & tops ladies! Get some headbands & ties & a water bottle you adore. Get your headphones & your gangsta playlist set lol. If you’re gonna improve your health & make a lifestyle change, invest in yourself & the proper gear so you’ll look forward to it. You’ll look & feel great. And if you’re short on funds, save up & don’t forget outlet malls etc! Today I’m gonna post my proud! Because I’m so damn proud and not afraid to say it! Today I ran 10km!!! 😱😅 10 bloody km!! This has been a goal of mine for SO long! Iv tried and given up so many times, like a lot 😅 What makes today different? Nothing expect the fact that I wouldn’t let myself give up! I wanted to from like 3 km 😂Running is so freaking hard and so freaking amazing because It forces you to dig down deep when your hurting and find that part of you that’s fierce as a motherf*cker and keep going! I’ve been putting off posting on here because I don’t have the time for pretty, perfect images (who am I kidding - my photos were never like that anyway 😜) and interaction on my page has been shit! But the reason I started this page was for accountability, not likes and comments. So I’m going back to basics. This morning I went back to the gym after about 9 weeks off to have my baby. It was such a good feeling to have some “me time” again and be moving my body.
