So I've spent the last couple of days really soul searching. And I found a lot out about myself. Above all I found that I don't know myself. At all. I don't recognize myself. It's to the point to where I'm not sure who I am anymore. Or what I want. Or what I need. Or what I believe. It's all just so relative. There's only one thing I do know. It's that I will be better. Having said that, social media is a no go for me anymore. Y'all I promise I'm fine. No cries for attention and I have way too much to live for for any suicide bs. I just need a break from false realities and notions of perfection. At least until I've got myself figured out. I started this page in 2015 with 214 followers. I started my fitness career early 2016 with just over 300. Now I'm almost at 2,000. 1700 people decided my journey was worth following. That's amazing for me. I came from a town with fewer people than that in the whole town!🙌🙌. And dozens of you have reached out. Ammetto che devo migliorare la tecnica e che non ho il deadlift in scheda (però amo lo stesso il mio progamma, ogni volta che l'istruttore me ne fa uno nuovo sono sempre più contento) ma l'ho fatto lo stesso per sfizio e con la scusa ho bruciato un po' i femorali essendo un leg day. PR para mi primita @aixa.tebaldi , 115kg, 120kg y 125kg. La ultima vez había sido una cifra apenas mas alta, pero con un recorrido mucho mas corto, con ayuda y técnicamente bastante floja ejecutada la sentadilla. Thus, you make damn sure they’re not in the picture, as to avoid looking like some real life version of the Michelin man, leading to being ridiculed. Love me some core training, and it’s something I want to get better at, the goal being strict toes to bar. I think everyone should do some sort of direct core training. It might not have a huge impact on your total, but in the real world when you can’t wear a weightlifting belt you need a strong core to transfer force. Picking up any odd shaped object, throwing a punch, any explosive movement whatsoever, they all require a strong and stable core. Week 9 Session 1 Back & Shoulders Myself and @parkin93 decided to add in rack pulls to our back session today, got the blood flowing and our minds set towards to achieveing some strong weight today!! My life improved dramatically once I stopped playing the victim card. Okay well, sometimes I catch myself feeling sorry for myself when I’m in a funk but we all do that time to time, it’s human and the key here is progress. But man, THANK GOD I got out of that sick headspace! Maybe you were a victim at some point in your life, yes, and nothing should belittle your experience EVER, but you are not the victim anymore (if you are, find a way out ASAP). The more you view yourself as the victim, the more you will find yourself feeling miserable and empty. Not only that, you will blame others and justify your bad behavior only leading you and the people around you down a path of destruction. Be the type of person who admits your wrongs and flaws, fix them, then move forward. In general, the sooner you can take responsibility for your life, the quicker you will experience personal growth and achievement. 💪🏼
