Sharing a couple of Plantar Fascia Exercises: Stretching exercises that target the plantar fascia ligament, Achilles tendon, and calf muscles are the most effective for reducing heel pain. Tight muscles in the calf and inflexibility of the Achilles tendon can add additional strain to the plantar fascia ligament, causing heel pain. Improving flexibility and mobility of these areas in addition to the muscles of the foot helps improve plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis exercises are a simple, natural treatment with no adverse side effects. Try these exercises to stretch your calves and plantar fascia. One can also use the wall for support, facing the wall placing the palms or fingers tips on the wall would help a beginner. It is typically recommended to stretch and exercise your feet for a few minutes two to three times per day. Doing plantar fascia stretches before getting out of bed can help ease morning pain, and stretching in the evening after work will help relieve pain and soreness. It is also important to thoroughly stretch your plantar fascia ligament and calves before and after your regular workout. Running and other types of physical activity can be harmful when the muscles and ligaments throughout the foot and calf are tight and are not properly warmed up. Exercising on tight muscles increases the risk of tearing tissue and developing, or worsening, painful conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or Achilles tendonitis. Plantar fascia exercises are particularly effective when used with other treatment methods for plantar fasciitis. Eating dairy products increases your risk of prostate cancer while following a vegan diet lowers it. Researchers examined 47 studies published between 2006 and 2017, including over one million participants, looking at the effects of animal and plant-based foods on prostate cancer risk. Results showed that men who ate the most dairy were up to 65 percent more likely to develop the disease while those following vegan diets were up to 36 percent less likely to develop it. Lead author Dr John Shin, an oncologist at the Mayo Clinic, said: “Our review highlighted a cause for concern with high consumption of dairy. The findings also support a growing body of evidence on the potential benefits of plant-based diets”. This may be because animal protein and dairy products increase levels of the growth factor IGF-1 in the body. High IGF-1 levels are linked to an increased risk of prostate cancer as well as lung, bowel, ovarian and breast cancer. Previous studies have also shown that increased consumption of animal products is associated with an increased risk of prostate cancer. For example, several studies have found a link between meat (especially red meat) intake and prostate cancer. After deleting all my social media. To missing insta because of the quotes and pointless videos my girls send me. But I had to for my own mental health delete it, It's taking me a long time and ALLOT of life lessons but happiness comes from self love, and the sooner we all realise this the better. Because, people even family come and go and they cant always supply you with happiness, and the thing is as mad as we get at then it's not their job. So figure out what makes you happy, go outside, exercise, watch a funny film just figure it out. I lost someone to suicide this year and it made me realise that I point blank refuse to let that darkness ever consume me again. But always remember one, two a few bad days does not mean that you are consumed. If anything, if you can acknowledge them, fully embrace you can also get out of them.
