This is my fast food. My salad. My energy. My confidence. My fuel. My daily vitamin. My dessert. My breakfast. My two minute meal. My results. I used to think that I had to walk around eating salads or starve myself daily to get results and "be healthy". No wonder I was an exhausted yo-yo dieter, binger and disordered eater with no results. 😭 Don't get me wrong. I LOVE a good salad and veggies, but sometimes I am just in the mood for a big milkshake/smoothie that ACTS like 5 salads instead. And it's pretty cool that this "dessert" helps prevent sickness, diabetes, gives me energy and stops my cravings. You may find cheaper ways around it, but I truly believe that you will get what you pay for...and like I always say...if you want something different....you have to choose to do something different. And all I know is that I have more energy, less cravings and feel better. #purposefulleating #shakeology #nutrtition

The top things most people struggle with when it comes to nutrition and energy.... 1. Cravings 2. Not knowing what to eat 3. I’m a picky eater 4. Don’t like fruits and vegetables 5.
