#WeekendVibes (warning long post) Sometimes people come into your life at the right times and you realize it later what an impact they'll be. I was very blessed to meet both @sofialist and @whitey_mcblackguy at the same time but I didn't realize how important Sofia would become in my life. Besides my wife @inked_cherry @nobulljustbulk @sintobefat and a few others, no one truly knows the real me. Masks off they see my soul without judgment so for that I'm very appreciative of my best friends. However this post believe it or not isnt about Sofia (Smiley) it's about her boyfriend Jason. Keeping a woman smiling and happy can sometimes feel like a task but I see he tries very hard to keep her happy by working hard, and going to school full time but most of all making that smile light up a room she walks into. Sit down on a flat bench with one dumbbell in front of you between your legs. Your legs should be spread with your knees bent and feet on the floor. Use your right arm to pick the dumbbell up. Place the back of your right upper arm on the top of your inner right thigh. Rotate the palm of your hand until it is facing forward away from your thigh. Tip: Your arm should be extended and the dumbbell should be above the floor. This will be your starting position. While holding the upper arm stationary, curl the weights forward while contracting the biceps as you breathe out. Only the forearms should move. Continue the movement until your biceps are fully contracted and the dumbbells are at shoulder level. Tip: At the top of the movement make sure that the little finger of your arm is higher than your thumb. This guarantees a good contraction. Hold the contracted position for a second as you squeeze the biceps. Slowly begin to bring the dumbbells back to starting position as your breathe in. Caution: Avoid swinging motions at any time. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions. Then repeat the movement with the left arm. Variations: This exercise can be performed standing with the torso bent forward and the arm in front of you. In this case, no leg support is used for the back of your arm so you will need to make extra effort to ensure no movement of the upper arm. Lange Überlegt dieses Bild zu posten...🤔 Aber warum nicht.. es zeigt was für eine harte Arbeit hinter all dem steckt ..!!💯 Man beachte meinen „starken“ arm links 🤔😂 , ich weiß heute lache ich drüber, früher habe ich mich so wohl gefühlt ..! Beim Fußball war alles top es lief einfach!! Ich war schnell und beweglicher als heute, dass soll aber nicht heißen das ich mich kaum bewegen kann .. schnell und beweglich bin ich immer noch..!! Woher ich es weiß ? Ja ich spiele noch Fußball zwar nicht mehr so intensiv wie früher aber einfach aus Spaß 💯‼️ Ich habe mir aber vor 3 Jahren gedacht ey man .., du musst was tun ich kann so nicht mehr rumlaufen.., kein Selbstbewusstsein, Probleme damit auf Menschen zuzugehen und beim schwimmen oder Urlaub am Strand war es ein Horror für mich Oberkörperfrei rumzulaufen .. also ging es ran ans Eisen 💯‼️ Alles begann bei @mcfit_ in Neuss, für mich war es anfangs sehr schwer mich zu motivieren man trainierte und trainierte und es kam nichts .. ich muss dazu sagen ich bin auch unregelmäßig gegangen ..! Dann hörte ich auf in höheren liegen Fußball zu spielen und konzentrierte mich auf den Sport der mir schritt für schritt wichtiger wurde .. und was war ? Veränderung kamen langsam.. ich war stolz wie Oskar 😍😂 auch wenn es wenig war aber man freute sich halt ..💪 3 mal die Woche war mir dann zu wenig und reißt mir den A.... auf und nun war ich 6 mal im Studio stellte meine Ernährung um wechselte das Studio ins @cleverfit_neuss Und gebe jeden scheiß Tag mein bestes !!💯‼️ Leute glaubt an euch .. auch ich gehe arbeiten .. hab eine eigene Wohnung ,habe einen Hund und spiele auch noch Fußball aber EY...!!! DAS SIND KEINE AUSREDEN, DASS IST FAULHEIT also hör auf dir irgendeinen Mist einzureden steh auf und heb die sch.... It’s the grossest time of year. For somebody that works a health store, you might think I would stay healthy year round. I get sick like everybody and this year is no different. Daily preventative health like optigreens or cytogreens can really help avoid catching a cold and keep the immune system strong.. but sometimes we fall. Glutamine has always been renowned for its recovery benefits, but most effective research shows its benefits mostly support immune health and fight off foreign bacteria that can cause us to get sick. Zinc has also been misconstrued to help aid in recovery and although it does help with boosting natural testosterone levels it’s primary benefit is to also support immune health. If you’re trying to fight off something this season you may want to reconsider the basic Tylenol’s and mucinex. They mask symptoms, but don’t improve your actually immune system, do something to actually improve your ability to fight through a nasty cold instead of just hiding symptoms. at Supplement Superstores

SWIPE RIGHT FOR FULL WORKOUT ⬇ EXERCISE 1: 4 x Wide Grip Pull-Up 10/10/10/10 ( having a big wide back is what makes your shoulders look wider. Pull-ups target your lats better than any other exercise ) EXERCISE 2: 4 x Med Grip Pull-Down 15/12/10/8 ( studies have shown that medium grip may have some minor advantages over wide and narrow grips because it elicits greater activation of the biceps in both the concentric and eccentric phases of the rep ) EXERCISE 3: 4 x Close Grip Seated Row 15/12/10/8 ( The goal of the seated cable row is to strengthen and grow your back muscles. Be careful not to use momentum to move the weight stack as you can injure your back trying to move the weight with bad form. ) EXERCISE 4: 4 x Standing Cable Lat Pulldown 15/15/15/15 ( With this exercise there's not a lot of weight needed. Concentrate on making your lats do the work. Don't allow your elbows to bend, which would elicit greater involvement of the triceps to assist in the move ) Exercise 5: 3 x Machine Row 7/7/7 ( At this point going from a single-arm movement to using both arms really burns out the upper back which is precisely what you want to do towards the end of your workout.
