Fight Club in the books!!!! What a fun workout tonight!!!! Even though I started out freezing 🥶 I ended it with a good sweat 🥵☺️ and drank a lot of water afterwards too!!!!! • I’m so grateful I got to workout tonight ❤️ Holiday’s can bring on the hustle and bustle which can mean low energy for a lot of people!! It amazes me just how energetic I feel with having a good 25-30 minutes of exercise 5 to 7 days a week!!!! It really makes a difference 😀❤️

One of the best things about living in the counties? The view. Every morning I drive away for work I revel in the beauty I get to live around. Every morning I wake up and workout while watching the sunrise, and I can’t think of a better start to my morning. Looking at this view calms me. • I’ve been having a lot of anxiety lately. I can feel it, sitting there in my shoulders like a cat tensed to pounce. I don’t know what’s causing it but I do know that eventually it will subside, I just have to keep focusing on the next thing I need to do. • My workouts are my favorite next thing to do, because I know they’re one of the absolute best things I can do for my body AND mind, even if I curse and struggle through the whole thing. • I’m just grateful to be here on this beautiful planet, living this wonderfully awful, crazy, and beautiful life. I’m grateful that you listened to my rambling, and hope you got something out of it💚

I won’t sugar coat and say that my last week has been easy. This past week after getting over a nasty cold has been really effing hard actually. But today I sit in insane appreciation for the fact that 1 year ago, I said yes to these programs and this business and here is why. It has given me a routine that I CRAVE - after almost a week off, I needed to get back into my workouts and I needed to meal prep again. In a situation that I have NO control over, I have control over how I show up and that is healing to me. It has given me the MINDSET I needed to push through today even though I’m still not 100%. Without me focusing this last year on MYSELF and my health, I don’t think I would be in as good as a spot as I am in right now. I’ve leaned so much into personal development and growth in times when things are good and I have the tools to pick myself back up when things seem hard. It has given me a COMMUNITY! All of you, the coaches on my team and the clients in my fitcamps have been such a blessing to me and has helped me feel so excited to be back to my routine today. So thank you all for that! A year ago I thought I was signing up to hold myself accountable for some workouts and to make some extra cash...turns out, I signed up for something that would positively impact my entire future. ❤️

To be honest, today's workout was suppose to be yesterday's BUT my body was saying REST and go to SLEEP. In the past, i wouldnt listen to my body cues but this time around i listened and complied. I woke up energized and ready for the day. Did my weights and also my Couch to 5k week 1 day 2 workout and i feel AmAzInG. 38:56 for a workout I didn’t even think I would finish 🤯 . My day off would not be complete without a workout and today I went in for the #withamlongone and felt mega good with it! 🤪 . I scaled the toes to bar with knee raises, the muscle ups with transitional ring rows into a muscle up position and the peg boards for kipping pull ups. . Not too sure where this determination and mental power has come from recently but I am bloody loving it! Best start setting some new goals for the new year! 💪🏼🔥
