Last night i created this apple cinnamon dish that can be served as breakfast, a complete meal for lunch or dinner or serve as a desserr too!!! Ingredients 2 apple ( cut in 2 and scoop out the core and the rest using an ice scream scooper - you can keep that for a smoothie or salad ) scrape it like an apple cup Fillings 1/4 cup walnut 1/4 cup almond ( you can also use cashew and pili nut for 2 combination) 3-4 tbsp of maple.syrup or 3 pcs dates 1 tsp.cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 2 tbsp coconut oil Put everything in a food processor and process into mince nut Then scoop the fillings and put into the apples . Option 1 - chill for 2 hours and slice into loafs and served with mix green salad in any fruit vinaigraite Option 2 - slice into ooaf and serve as breakfast toast Option 3.- bake for 12 minutes, cut into loaf and serve with some salads ( can be a full lunchbor dinner) Optikn 4. From the ove topped any dairy free ice cream and drizzle with maple syrop or dates caramel and top it with some sees or choco bits Here goes .. a simple apple cinnamon loaf that could be serve in different occasions.
