Tapenade💚Olivada verde de aceitunas💚y pistachos💚. 💚90g de aceitunas (yo he mezclado manzanilla y manzanilla campo real) 💚60g de pistachos 💛un diente de ajo 💛2 cucharaditas de aove (@proyectolosaires ) 🌱un par de hojitas pequeñas de albahaca 🍃una pizquita de orégano 💛una cucharada de levadura nutricional 💚una cucharada de semillas de cañamo 🖤un toque de 5 pimientas •batir todos los ingredientes juntos hasta conseguir una pasta de la textura que se quiera (con más o menos trocitos en función del gusto de cada uno, se puede añadir un poco de agua de aove a cucharaditas para ajustar/corregir la textura). . Crackers✨de romero🌿y sésamo negro🖤 🍚70g de harina de arroz 💛70g de harina de garbanzo 💛1 cucharada de levadura nutricional ⚪️media cucharada de sal 🥄una pizquita de levadura en polvo de panadería 💛3 cucharadas de aove 💧4 cucharadas de agua 🖤sésamo negro al gusto 🌿una ramita de romero del macetohuerto, picadita. •mezclar todos los ingredientes, amasar hasta conseguir una pasta consistente y no pegajosa. Falsa pasta // fake pasta 🍝 Ingredientes // Ingredients: Calabacín // courgette 🥒 Sal // salt Pimienta // pepper Tiras de carne // Strips of meat 🥩 Queso // cheese Tomate // tomato soup 🍅 Albahaca // basil Orégano // oregano AOVE // Extra Virgin Olive Oil Se corta el calabacin en rodajas finas. Se hace a la plancha con un poco de AOVE, sal y pimienta. Una vez cocinado se le añade la carne (del tipo que querais, también podeis optar por no añadirla) y por último el tomate, la albahaca, el orégano y el queso que quieras. Cut the courgette in thin slices. Cook it on a pan with a bit of oil, salt and pepper. Ésto ocurre si dejas ultraprocesados y azúcar refinado. En la imagen de la izquierda yo tomaba azúcar unas 3 cucharadas en un taza de café y toda clase de ultraprocesados, al cortar con esa basura de comida, la barriga se me "esfumó" literalmente! 📸@musclemonsters _ 📄 _ Protein is a molecule that is made up of a wide variety of amino acids. Some of these amino acids are the building blocks of muscle proteins. Some of those “building blocks” must be obtained through food—these are known as essential amino acids.  _  Different foods consist of different combinations of 20 different amino acids, and some combinations are more potent than others. Nine of the 20 are considered essential because our body does not produce them naturally, therefore we must consume them. Out of those nine, three are considered branched chain amino acids (BCAA). Out of those three, one is the most powerful and important nutrient for building muscle: leucine—an essential amino acid that plays a key role in initiating protein synthesis.  _  This is why I highly recommend that a good deal of your protein consumption come from foods with a high leucine content (as see in the High Protein section of this post). This is not to say that you should opt only for the High Protein sources—in fact, if you’re getting enough protein in the day you’re not likely to be deficient in any of the nine essential amino acids—but it’s certainly something to consider if your goal is to maximize muscle growth.  _  Although these foods do contain leucine in higher amounts, this essential amino acid is present in most of the other protein sources that we consume regularly.  _  If you want to ensure that you’re maximizing muscle growth, I’d advise two things: First, and most importantly, get enough protein.
