Meal prepped some ham and cheese sirracha chaffles. During the work week I tend to not eat at night so brekki is needed. Ive been defaulting to egg bites that really do help me get to my goals or make me feel optimum. This week before we leave on vacay Im focusing on foods that make me feel good. . Enter these beauties 4 eggs 1 cup of shredded cheddar 2 tablespoons melted butter cooled 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2-1 teaspoon of siracha powder or sauce 4 slices of good ham . Mix everything but the ham in a bowl while your full size waffle iron heats up. Add 1/4 cup of the mixture on each square of the iron, place ham then top with another 1/4 cup of egg mixture. Cook for about 10 min. Reheat in toaster. Makes 4 chaffles . I have really nice memories of my mom canning tomatoes when I was little. I’m not sure what parts of the process I “helped” with back then but I do remember eating warm tomatoes with a little sprinkle of salt on them, right out of the peeling stage. Yum! She probably loved that I was having a vegetable 🍅 I started doing my own canning about 10 years ago when we moved into our house. I love the traditional it and knowing that part of what she taught me in life still lives on, even though she passed away 3 years ago. Today we are making seasoned tomato sauce right from the recipe in the @ballcanning book. It’s so good! Esto es un logro para mi estar bajo las 200lbs 🥳!. El pasado lunes 9 de Sept empecé mi nueva jornada con 202lbs. Ayer 14 de Sept pesé 195lbs. Wow 7lbs en 6 días. A grande richiesta ecco il primo #mealprep di settembre. Tutti gli step e i suggerimenti sono nelle Stories di oggi (poi resteranno salvati nelle Storie in evidenza). Cucinare due ore alla domenica x tutta la settimana ha moltissimi vantaggi di cui vi ho spesso parlato, ma oggi ne metto in evidenza uno in particolare: il tempo risparmiato durante la settimana a riordinare la cucina dopo cena. Hands up if you enjoy your alcohol 🙋🏻‍♀️ When I was on my weight loss journey I went through a stage where I was working out, eating well but not losing weight which was soooo frustrating. 😩 I didn’t 🤷🏻‍♀️ know where I was going wrong. There were weeks I’d lose weight and weeks I wouldn’t lose a gram. I started to notice 🤔the weeks I would go out on the weekends and drink my weight wouldn’t budge. I started to look closely into then calories of alcohol and was shocked at the amount of calories I was consuming in 1 night. I would never of imagined 1 cocktail had almost ½ my daily calories I was on! I quickly changed that and started to have clear shots alcohol or vodka sodas which have an average of only 64 calories per tumbler. The average serve of a cocktail is generally 200 calories and let’s be real who only has 1❓ Definitely not me 🙅🏻‍♀️. You can still go out and enjoy your drinks 🍸 but just get familiar with what your having. For A LOT of people alcohol can be the primary reason to why they’re not seeing results. If you are going out and you know you are going to be drinking ⤴️increase you protein though out that day. ⤵️ Decrease your fats and carbs so you can save some calories for your booz. Stick to vodka / diet soda or a glass of wine which will have the least calories… ∙ A traditional pina colada, composed of rum, pineapple juice and cream of coconut can contain as much as 650 calories. If you do like your cocktails opt for light rum, or substitute unsweetened coconut water for cream of coconut to get more drink for fewer calories. My choice of drink is definitely vodka soda 🍸. Pero quería aprovechar el último trozo de sandía que me quedaba para mostrar una cena veraniega muy rápida que me encanta 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁉️Otra de mis cenas rápidas favoritas de verano es: tomate rosa, burrata y salsa de trufa.🤤 (Os la muestro tb. en la 🎞3) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️VERDURA/FRUTA ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️Sandía. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️CEREAL ❌ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️PROTEÍNA ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️Jamón de pato (u otro jamón)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️Mozzarella. ✔️Piñones.⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📍▶️Paso a paso: (⚡️Más rápido imposible) ➰Corta los ingredientes y móntalos uno encima de otro. 🥄Sazona: Sal, pimienta, orégano o molinillo @toque_world “Italia” 🥄Puedes poner un poco de AOVE. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💪🏼👩🏻‍🍳El jamón de pato es más graso, por lo que la suavidad de la mozzarella y la frescura de la sandía equilibran los sabores a la perfección. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨Good night!!!🌙i

🍽COMIDA9️⃣9️⃣🍜Guiso de verduras con mijo y garbanzos🍆🥦🥕 (+Garam Masala👳🏾‍♀️) #guisopituso #verdurapitusa #legumbrepitusa #mijopituso⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☔️Se avecinan lluvias... pero no hay nada mejor que un guiso calentito para alegrar un día gris🤗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❗️Las cantidades son para 4 raciones.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️VERDURA ✔️1 cebolla ✔️2 zanahorias ✔️1 Berenjena pequeña. ✔️Alcachofas. (Yo pongo un paquete de corazones de alcachofa congelados y troceados) ✔️100gr aprox. de brócoli/coliflor ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❕Puedes poner las verduras que más te gusten. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️CEREAL ✔️Mijo (150gr en crudo) ❕Hay que lavar el mijo antes de cocinarlo. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️PROTEÍNA ✔️Garbanzos cocidos (1 bote) ✔️Huevos cocidos. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📍🍜GUISO: ➰♨️Pica la cebolla y rehoga en dos cucharadas de AOVE, durante 5min. ➰Pela y pica la zanahoria y añádela junto con la berenjena y las alcachofas cortadas a trozos. ♨️Rehoga unos 5min más. ➰Incorpora 1500ml de agua. ♨️Deja cocer 15 minutos a fuego medio. ➰Añade el mijo una vez lavado y escurrido. ♨️Cuece 20 minutos. ➰Añade el brócoli, los garbanzos cocidos y 🥄1/2 CD (o más) de Garam Masala de @toque_world ,en los últimos 5 minutos de cocción. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁉️La mezcla de Garam Masala es la clave para aportar el sabor característico a este guiso pero, si no dispones de esta mezcla, puedes añadir las especias por separado al gusto. (Sal, pimienta, nuez moscada, comino, clavo, cardamomo, cilantro, canela...) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥄Puedes añadir 5 hojas de hierbabuena al retirar del fuego para que aporten un extra de sabor. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❕Si lo quieres menos espeso puedes añadir más agua o caldo. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⚡️Corona cada plato con un huevo cocido. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💪🏻👩🏻‍🍳El mijo es un cereal con muchísimos beneficios... I adapted it from @minimalistbaker (I didn't write down the details but you literally adjust it to your liking, @minimalistbaker has great step by step instructions! ✨) going to make more of these guys and oat mylk too!
