Zucchini fritters . 1 medium zucchini (grated) 1 carrot (grated) 1 pepper (chopped small) 1/2 cup corn 3 eggs 1/4 cup cheese (I used cheddar) 1/2 cup flour . 1. Grate the zucchini and carrot. Recipe slightly tweaked from Cookidoo.com.au Carrot Cake Bliss Balls • 80g Dates pitted • 80g Walnuts • 80g Almonds • 40 g Dessicated Coconut, Plus extra for rolling • 1 large Carrot cut in 3. • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon • 1/2tsp ground ginger • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1. Place all ingredients into bowl, blitz for 10sec/sp8. 2. Wet hands and then scoop small amount into your hand, roll into a round shape then coat and roll with coconut. 3. Ganjang Gejang 🦀 Have you ever seen crabs with so much roe 😍 First time having korean soy sauce crabs and they were so so so good AHHHHH. This stall has been awarded the Michelin bib gourmand for the especially fresh crabs and the fact that the soy sauce marinade is not overly salty. These crabs are caught each spring in Taean and flash frozen before being sent to seoul to preserve their freshness. The raw crabs are then marinated in a soy sauce marinade. The flesh was super super sweet the sweetest crabs I've ever tasted. This was my first time trying raw crab but i thought it was really really good and weren't fishy at all. Three ways of enjoying this include having the crab on it's own, mixing the roe in the shell with rice or mixing the crab with a small amount of rice, and wrapping it with dried seagrass and seaweed. My favourite way was the last one, which took the seafoody flavour to a whole new level. Blackbellied Rosefish, Dragon Style. These deepwater (500-1000ft) fish are not common in our market but are found in the stalls of local fishmongers in Europe. White, large flake, with a light flavor, they mate well with most recipes that are not heavy with seasonings. Recipe: Whole Rosefish (gutted, gilled and scaled) 1 tbs Powdered ginger 1 tbs Powdered garlic 1 tbs Powdered onion 1 tbs Salt 1 tbs Pepper Olive oil Skewers Toothpicks Method: Preheat oven 425deg Mix dry ingredients. Rinse fish, with a dry paper towel wipe away the dark membrane within the belly. With a sharp knife slash both sides to rhe bone at finger width increments. Rub fish inside and out with spices. Starting with the blunt end of the skewer, measure off 2 pieces to prop open the abdominal cavity. Take a 2nd skewer and incert it at the tail and run it along the spine to the head. Prop it standing on a baking tray with grill. Pull the first dorsal spine forward and insert a toothpick to keep the dorsal fin upright. Roast in oven until interior temp is 140deg. Remove from oven, remove spine skewer and dorsal fin toothpick (leave skewers in belly ). Drizzle with olive oil, plate and serve with a dipping sauce of your choice. Etiqueten a la persona con la que harían esta receta y así llegamos a más personas! ✨ Molten: - 220gr mantequilla sin sal - 320gr de chocolate semi amargo - 4 huevos - 4 yemas - 60gr de harina - 70 gr de azúcar - 1 pizca de sal Procedimiento: colocar la mantequilla en baño María con el chocolate, agregarle los huevos y las yemas, mezclar con un batidor de globo y colocarle la harina, sal y azúcar. - Engrasar nuestros ramekins, moldes de muffins o moldes individuales.. engrasar con mantequilla y enharinar. - Colocar la masa en cada uno de los recipientes sin llenar hasta el tope porque crecen un poquiiito! Llevarlos al horno a 200 grados por 6 minutos. Desmoldar con mucho cuidado. - Servirlos con una bola de helado o azúcar en polvo ! Esta receta es para 12 moltens! Dos de cabilllaud et sa sauce poivronnée 🐟 Pour 4 personnes INGRÉDIENTS : . – 600 g de dos de cabillaud – 1 poivron rouge – le jus d’un citron vert – 2 échalotes – 2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche épaisse – 2 cuillères à soupe de sauce tomate – 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive – aneth. . PRÉPARATION : Zester le citron vert. Faire fondre les échalotes émincées dans l’huile d’olive. Laver, épépiner et détailler le poivron rouge en lanières. Rajouter ces lanières de poivron et laisser mijoter pendant 5 minutes. Répartir ce mélange dans le fond d’un plat à gratin. Déglacer alors la poêle avec la crème fraîche et la sauce tomate. Saler et poivrer la sauce. Préchauffer le four à 220°C. Verser le jus de citron vert sur les dos de cabillaud. Les déposer sur les poivrons. Assaisonner puis les recouvrir de sauce. Enfourner pendant 30 minutes. A la sortie du four, répartir les zestes du citron sur le dos de cabillaud puis décorer avec quelques brins d’aneth. Try this breakfast recipe tomorrow!!! Take from my "Transform Your Eating Habits & Transform Your Body" Clean eating and Lifestyle Program Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl Serves: 2 Ingredients: • 1 cup steel-cut oats cooked according to package directions. (Tip: You can cook ahead of time and double or triple up the batch for a quick breakfast bowl during the week.) • Sprinkle of nuts or seeds (about 1 tablespoon) - pumpkin, sunflower, almonds, chia, walnuts (any nuts/seeds you like or have on hand) • 1/2 cup berries • 1/8 to 1/4 cup warmed, unsweetened almond, coconut or organic milk for each bowl (optional) • Stevia or a little honey or agave to taste • Dash of cinnamon (optional) To Prepare: • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve warm. • Pour on extra “milk” if adding • Top with berries, sprinkle of Stevia/honey/agave and dash of cinnamon. Enjoy! Steel cut oatmeal is technically GF but if super sensitive, switch the steel cut to GF oatmeal and cook stove top! AVOID quick oaks because they are heavily refined and stripped of some natural health benefits and convert to sugar too quickly!!!! ..........Did you know enriched cereals have had 100% of their vitamins and minerals etc taken out during processing and only about 20% of the nutrients are put back to "enrich" the product?!! Katie Lee’s Brown Sugar Spiced Salmon Looking for a quick and easy dinner ?This brown sugar spiced salmon recipe is the best and easiest recipe ever. It takes 20 minutes total to make and it really does. Prep to cook. 20 minutes. Done. I served it with quinoa salad and guacamoli. Ingredients 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1 tablespoon chile powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Four 8-ounce salmon fillets Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, chile powder, salt and pepper. Put the salmon on the baking sheet. Evenly distribute the sugar-spice mixture over the top of the fillets.
