Took my first Rope class ever tonight at @thespaceatl. Silly baby step climbs with little height set aside. Itโ€™s a very different traction on my body and grip heavy than Iโ€™m used to. BUT Video cuts off the smile on my face for that victory moment of climbing to that ceiling on an apparatus for the first time ever touching that carabiner. Also, I think I figured out why I have so much trouble inverting. Who knew I should tuck in my core?
