Soundtrack to today's workout is Suicidal Tendencies @suicidaltendencies . My love for Suicidal knows no bounds. This is one of those albums my mother threw out more than once. Their self titled first album released in 1983 on Frontier records helped mold me into the person I am today, for better or worse I suppose. Easy top 5 not only in punk but most influential albums in my life. Today my gym partner Josh and I crushed some chest and shoulders and sprinkled in some core as a finisher. Played around with different excercise I could do with a broken arm to see what felt the best. Guess I’ll put this theory to the test to see if wastage in my arm is slowed down. As reported yesterday after the visit with surgeons again yesterday the final outcome is no surgery.... I’d pumped myself up after making the decision and committed to it only to have it change on me again. It’s VERY draining draining I guess it’s the stress. I had a pretty heavy sleep last night which I’m not complaining only waking twice and able to go back to sleep finally compared to the 2-3 hour batches all day everyday I’ve had since the car accident. I’ve been given the ok to pick up nothing heavier then a cup of coffee and it was ridiculously hard, done local pain and zero strength... Biceps tendon injection. DO NOT PUT STEROID IN THE TENDON. This is not one of my injections! However, I came across this image. Cortisone or steroid injections have a role in musculoskeletal care. However, do not inject steroid into the tendon! While the patient may feel better its an unnecessary risk to take of rupturing the tendon. The tip of the needle appears to be well within the bicipital groove where the biceps tendon is located. Это проблема тренинга, большая часть базовых программ, которые есть в интернете, рассчитаны на укрепление плечевых мышц, а не на рост.
