Who else likes ab variations?? I always like to mix it up and throw in new and challenging exercises. I was able to lower the bar so I could leg raised pullups. These really kill the abs because you have to keep them contracted through out the pull up. I like to lower the bar to do these so I can make sure my legs do lower more than they should. The second video is killer on the obliques!! Just like with any other exercise, make sure to squeeze the obliques when they are contracted to really get in a great workout!

Let's talk digestion 🍞👉🏻 . . . My digestion has been pretty off for a while now. I constantly feel bloated and just kinda gross all day 🙃 eating over 3000 calories/day is not the easiest for the digestive system lol . . . Some things I'm doing to try and help: 💧increase my water intake. I currently drink ~ 4L per day but I'm trying to increase that to closer to 6 🍠decrease fiber. This is the hardest for me. I love fruits and vegetables and everything fibrous lol, but there's definitely such a thing as too much fiber 🍳try to not combine loads of carbs and fats in meals. Carbs and fats are both pretty high for me right now but I find having both in large quantities together makes me feel super uncomfortably full 🍎really pay attention to how I feel after eating certain foods. I tend to just eat the foods I like even if they don't agree with me 💁🏼 but i want to feel better so I need to work on that . . . I'm gonna start with these and see how I feel and assess from there. Want #bouldershoulders ? You’re not going to get them only doing high rep lateral raises, you need to move some heavy ass weight to make them grow. So increase your standing overhead press! They are a great way to develop the upper chest, front, side, and rear delt, triceps, and traps. ***OHP TIPS*** 1) Take a deep breath and brace prior to unracking the weight. Once you walk back do not breath yet, only breath and rebrace at the top of the movement. 2) You’re wrists should be lined up with you’re elbows (slightly outside shoulder width) and you should be gripping the bar as hard as you can 3) Flex your glutes, puff out your chest, and have you’re elbows perpendicular to the ground (straight up and down in order to engage the lats and upper back) 4) Don’t move the bar around the you, move yourself around the bar. The best way from point A to point B is a straight line. Start with the bar on your chest and your head back, then begin to push the weight up. Once you walk back do not breath yet, only breath and rebrace at the top of the movement. 2) You’re wrists should be lined up with you’re elbows (slightly outside shoulder width) and you should be gripping the bar as hard as you can 3) Flex your glutes, puff out your chest, and have you’re elbows perpendicular to the ground (straight up and down in order to engage the lats and upper back) 4) Don’t move the bar around the you, move yourself around the bar. The best way from point A to point B is a straight line. Start with the bar on your chest and your head back, then begin to push the weight up.
