And if you canโ€™t do that, then whatโ€™s the point?โ € โ € Look, workouts donโ€™t have to be perfect to be effective.โ € โ € You know that saying, Something is Always Better than Nothing? Itโ€™s true. Especially in fitness.โ € โ € You may not have time to drive to the gym, get your full workout in, and drive home, but you can walk downstairs, and do a quick effective workout that might look something like one of these:โ € โ € Set the clock for 10 minutes and do as many rounds as possible of:โ € โ € Squats x 10โ € Push ups x 10 โ € Bicycle Crunches x 10/sideโ € โ € ORโ € โ € 4 Rounds:โ € โ € Bulgarian Split Squats x 8/legโ € Single Leg Hip Thrust x 10/legโ € Plank w/slow reach x 10/sideโ € โ € Got some weights? Great! Hold some weight!โ € โ € Donโ€™t have any weights? Great!
