I love this machine since i can't do regular Squats because i have herniated disc and compress disc as well, so i couldn't do squats since NY PRO but this is an alternative methods and i feel its working and my legs are growing. However you can't compare regular Squats with this machine but still its helping me to grow, so trying to grow gradually while maintaining my leaner look. 135lbs for 2 with the bench block! Obviously easier than regular bench but this really made me happy considering 1. I’ve never held this much weight in my hands when benching and 2. This is the weight I want to hit in December at my first meet. Also happy I got this because I was not feeling working out today after having a busy weekend. Back at it seriously tomorrow! First time ever using the block too so that was weird to use. After hitting this I did 5x5 at 105lbs all paused reps. I remember a few months ago I tried to hit 105 at least four times and now I’m busting it out for reps. Week 10, Day 1: 385 Pounds for Competition Back Squats for 3 Sets Of 8 followed by 3:1:0 Tempo Style Bench for 3 Sets Of 8 with 220 Pounds (Last Set Shown). Squats were way too easy, I also stopped dropping as fast on the descent compared to last week and kept it much more controlled. Barra PRÓXIMA ao CORPO, nos 3 exemplos em momento algum vemos a barra longe do corpo, PRINCIPALMENTE na recepção dela nos ombros; 2. Nas 3 situações, apenas um atleta solta a PEGADA(não precisa estar em hook) da barra quando a barra está nos ombros, mas mesmo assim ele só faz isso APÓS a barra chegar no seu ombro; 3. BUSQUE a barra aonde ela está, não "despenque", caindo mais do que deve para receber a barra; Reparem que o GIRO RÁPIDO dos cotovelos ocorre logo após a barra entrar em contato com os ombros. Cultori del fisico, allievi o aspiranti tali sappiate che non serve a nulla dedicare ore ed ore ad allenare gli addominali per ottenere la famigerata "tartaruga" . A me si vede nonostante non alleni gli addominali praticamente mai perché la costruzione (con carichi adeguati) di altri muscoli più grandi allena di riflesso anche la parete addominale che inoltre è visibile solo con una percentuale bassa di massa grassa.
