Il grande dubbio è sempre lo stesso: quante mangiarne? Essa altro non è che una complessa reazione difensiva del nostro organismo nei confronti di agenti lesivi, come microbi, cellule danneggiate, ma anche più generalmente agenti “tossici” cosidetti xenobiotici, cioè sconosciuti al nostro organismo. Il protagonista dell’infiammazione è il nostro sistema immunitario. Parliamo quindi di INFIAMMAZIONE ACUTA💥 come di una reazione conseguente in genere a lesioni, messa in atto per riparare tessuti danneggiati, come un taglio, una puntura di insetto 🐝🐜ecc... Si avvia rapidamente e sparisce in un breve lasso di tempo. L’INFIAMMAZIONE CRONICA 😣è in genere causata, non da lesioni acute, ma da infezioni persistenti, prolungata esposizione ad agenti tossici (xenobiotici) o da disfunzioni del sistema immunitario. E’ generalmente più subdola, può durare mesi o anni, è una reazione di bassa intensità ed è terreno fertile per lo sviluppo di malattie croniche, anche gravi. Come ad esempio l’obesità, il diabete di dipo 2, malattie cardiovascolari, aterosclerosi , steatosi epatica non alcolica (NAFLD), artrite reumatoide, osteoporosi e pare anche malattie autoimmuni come tiroiditi di hashimoto, celiachia, IBD,sclerosi multipla ecc.. Fattori scatenanti di un quadro di infiammazione generalizzata e cronica sono sicuramente: la dieta, in particolare la western diet🌮🍨🍸🍰🍩🍭🍟🍔🍕 o dieta occidentale, la sedentarietà, la presenza di molte tossine esogene con cui entriamo quotidianamente in contatto, prima tra tutte il fumo di sigaretta🙅🙅🙅🙅🙅🙅🙅...... #stayhealthy #infiammazione P.s.
