De dag weer begonnen met een kort loopje, en Luna ging weer mee! 🐕 We deden 10x 200m hardlopen met 100m wandelpauze 🏃🏻‍♀️ Ik kwam er alleen wel achter dat Luna echt geen ochtendloper is haha. Most people know a lot of what they need to be doing in order to lose fat and get into better shape . Lift weights a few times per week, keep your daily steps up, eat more protein, veg and fruit etc . These days a lack of information is often not the issue with why people don’t get results . It’s not being able to solidify these new habits into place so that they are done consistently over time in order to make lasting change . So over the next few days I’m going to share with you the 4 laws of creating new habits. . 📕These are from the book ‘Atomic Habits’ by James Clear (which I highly recommend everyone read) but I will be touching on the basics of them specific to health and fitness . Number 1 is ‘Make it Obvious’ . Set up your environment so that doing your new habit (training, eating well, moving more etc) is OBVIOUS . To train in the morning - Leave your workout gear on your work bag the night before . To drink more water - Leave water bottles at home, in your car, at the office . Eat more fruit - buy a fruit bowl for your living room and ensure it always has fresh fruit in it . Eat more protein - make sure you have quick and easy high protein foods in plain sight and in your fridge . You want your environment to be full of cues to make it easy to do the right thing . And do the opposite with any bad habits you’re trying to ditch . Make them NOT OBVIOUS.... Un obvious? 🤷🏼‍♂️😂 . Get them out of your immediate environment so that those cues aren’t there . Set things up for success, don’t make it hard for yourself and rely on motivation and willpower

💡 Think that your foot is acting like a Tri-pod. When it comes to dysfunctions at lower body level, our foot has the tendency to turn towards the outside. Training barefoot can help with that.
