Change your focus from weight loss, to getting stronger.... - Putting so much pressure on yourself to lose weight isn’t a good thing - It will only create stress and more chance of quitting whatever you’re doing to try and achieve your goals - Focus on lifting weights, getting stronger, building some muscle. Fat Loss will become easier, concentrating on your energy balance for fat loss, stopping any silly restricting diets you might think will get you instant rapid “weight loss”. When really fat loss and how you fit and feel in clothes should be a focus over a good period of time. - Patience is hard. Consistency is hard, but it’s so worth it, building a decent relationship with food and fitness, your way, allowing you to be able to maintain it 😎💪🏻

This makes my coach ❤️ so happy. This busy mama, she has twins and another child, btw, and is one of the best elementary school teachers you’d definitely want your kids to have has put herself at the top of her priority list and look what’s happened. Wow! Wow! Wow! I mean talk about a #mombodtransformation! As moms, we tend to put everyone else’s needs ahead of our own. That’s what we do, right? Stop that!! I was that mama, too! I get it. However, how can we take care of everyone else around us if we aren’t taking care of ourselves? Carve some time out for yourself getting some sweat equity in. Find the way of healthy eating that works for your body type. Not one diet fits all. And surround yourself with other women that will lock arms with you on your journey to become a healthier you. That’s what my girl right here did. We found workout programs she likes and a meal plan that worked just for her. Oh, how, my heart is so happy for her. There is nothing like helping another mama get healthy and watching her transformation unfold.
