For the past two months I’ve been making everything I eat at home and from scratch. No processed foods, no refined sugar, no corn, no canola/vegetable oil, no gluten, no artificial flavors/colors, no soy, just wholesome plant based foods. I prefer to stick to fruit for breakfast and lunch, and then after 6:00pm I consume veggies, seeds, and grains. Lately I’ve begun cutting out overt fats from my diet to help give my liver a break. My skin seems to clear up as soon as fat is removed from my diet. Luckily I love fruit more than any other food. 🖤

I don’t find the time to workout.. I’ve learned with a baby and a toddler I have to make the time to take care of my body. Today I had to stop mid cardio session to nurse Lily (babes gotta eat). Once she was done I continued my workout. You don’t have to be perfect, you don’t have to live on salads and spend hours a day at a gym to reach your health and fitness goals! What does my day look like? 20-30 minute workouts (sometimes I stack a couple if I need more), drink my superfoods (also add in banana, PB, and almond milk), eat mostly healthy, add chocolate!
