It’s Tuesday which is an active rest day for me. Thinking I’ll take Nox the dog for a walk and maybe do a band workout from home. 🙃 We shall see! Just finished this awesome read! For anyone who feels confused or looking to become more educated on how food works with the body (and of course reach their goals😘) this would be a go-to! . . Kelly gives so much information that even a beginner can digest it. She comes from a medical background and moved into the nutrition side of health to help others with various goals🏅 . . I highly recommend if you are looking for direction (no plans) with flexibility. Her smoothie and meal recipes look/taste amazing😍

There are so many great 🍑 workouts in these programs 😏 I know this is the best mines ever looked 🤷🏼‍♀️ . . ARM WORKOUT 2/2 🔥💪🏾 - If there is one thing you should take from this workout ”beside the exercises” is the speed of the reps. Slower reps is the way to go. You will have more tension on the target muscle and make the muscle work more during the hour you’re in the gym =more growth. Also decrease the chance of having an injury. So I was guilty of constantly being on the scale almost every day! Well I figured I would hold off awhile before I got back on there. Just to see if I could maintain my weight at least. Not going to lie my eating habits were shit but I drank my water, my sleeping habits are off because work threw me on third shift but through these battles since my last weigh in I am down 5 more lbs. Here is a workout that requires only dumbbells and a bench. • Caveat...I use a couple of different size dumbbells, but you don't HAVE to. You can also use what you have lying around the house. • Also, I KNOW someone is gonna get their underpants in a bunch saying that they don't have a bench at home. I don't either, but could still do this using a variety of things....kitchen chair, bottom step, small step stool, couch, etc. • To modify, use a smaller height and/or just use bodyweight. • There will end up being 10 exercises when you do both sides of the unilateral exercises. Complete each for 40-50 seconds and resting for the remainder of the minute. Do the circuit 2-3x. • As always, like it and save it so you can use it later. And if you try it, tag me to be entered into the giveaway!! 🎉🎉

I’ve been trying to learn this ever since I was exposed to it at a conference in March. I was holding myself back in the beginning because I was embarrassed to try it out in front of other people at the gym. “I have a hard time getting motivated”⁣ “I need someone to motivate me”⁣ -⁣ Motivation is a funny, fickle thing. We believe it to be external. Something that happens TO us, that makes it easier for us to get things done. We believe that if it is meant to be than that motivation will be there. Hate to break it to ya sister, sadly motivation just doesn’t appear. 🙅‍♀️⁣ -⁣ I have been committed to this journey for over a year and motivation isn’t the driving force of why I get up and do what I need to do. I’m never really motivated to go to work, and a lot of the time I’m not motivated at all to do my workout.😮 I know crazy right, a coach who isn’t always motivated 🙈⁣ -⁣ Here is the thing, even when I’m not necessarily motivated externally to do something, I motivate myself internally! You have to go back to your WHY for starting this journey, if that WHY is strong enough then you will never give up! Motivate yourself, and stop waiting for someone else to do it. It is no one else’s job to motivate you but YOU! ⁣ -⁣ I motivated myself to finish this badass workout tonight made me feel strong AF and like I’m Rocky Balboa 😆💪love these fight moves! ⁣ -⁣ Sit down and ask yourself, Is the pain of staying the same greater than the pain of changing? ⁣ ⁣ If you’re ready to make that change, then join me this month in our July Bootcamp😊 I got a spot left for ya! 👍⁣
