So that workout I did last night I found out was literally a mix of Tabata HIIT and plyo? And gods know what else I'm assuming you would put it on this marker of the page of what kind of workout it is and how many calories I've burned and how much I could of burned if I did the full workout. Did my workout this morning so I don’t have to worry about it later tonight🙌. Yesterday we went for a walk at the park and I climbed up a dried out dam. It’s always fun going hiking and walking outside, I LOVE IT! ❤️ this one move where she goes really fast gets me every time because my feet just don’t move😂😂. I can lift weight, I can move fast left and right, I can squat low, but when it comes to dancing and moving my feet fast they just don’t go as fast as I want them to go. I know all within time they will, as long as I keep practicing ❤️

SATURDAY SWEAT Big Tabata workout went down this morning. 8 kettlebell exercises, 8 rounds of 20secs on/10 off with 45 secs rest between exercises. Then 4 cardio exercises 6 rounds of 20secs on/10 secs off with 30 secs rest between exercises. Lunch time now and then off into town with the kids for Christmas lights switch on.
