Hello mes petits soleils ☀️ Depuis que j’ai repris la diète je suis vraiment trop dans un bon état d’esprit ! . - Pas de prise de tête avec ce que je mange - Pas de cheat meal, donc la question ne se pose pas, donc j’en ai pas envie - Pas de pression avec un nombre d’entraînement, de séances ou autre - Pas de stress 😎 . Et le mieux dans tout ça, c’est que j’ai des résultats ! Perte de poids, ventre plus plat, moins de cellulite et de bourrelet dans le dos 🙌🏽. Tout ça sans se prendre la tête, est-ce que c’est pas génial ? 👍🏽 . Tout ça, c’est plus qu’un régime, qu’une diète. C’est un mode de vie, et c’est ce qui donne des résultats. Au final, se butter à la salle pour perdre du poids, à faire 7 entraînements dans la semaine. Ce n’est pas forcément ce qui marche. Happy new year guys!! My 2017 was a year of challenges, battles, big decisions and changes! I wouldn’t change any of it! I made the right decisions and overcome the challenges and battles! 💪🏻🙋🏻‍♀️ I have become a stronger person. I have met some amazing people, made new lifelong friends and made beautiful memories. I have been blessed to be able to help others as I planned too, on my journey working as a health and fitness coach and I can’t wait to continue doing the same in 2018!!
