This exercise can also be used on a push day or chest day as a finisher. Continued use of pullovers will definitely help with improving the look of your physique. See instructions below⬇️ . 1️⃣Grasp a dumbbell with both hands and position yourself on a flat bench with your shoulder blades resting on the bench✅ . 2️⃣You should be at a 90 degree angle to the bench. Your back shoulder be straight, knees bent at 90 degrees, and feet firmly plated on the floor✅ . 3️⃣Holding the dumbbell in both hands, straighten your arms so that dumbbell is directly overhead. One of my favorite transverse ab moves along with a tricep push-up. CHEST & TRIS 🥐 to celebrate the end of finals!!! what better way than with a killa push workout i’m truly not sure 🧐 except maybe a glass of wine but that will come later. feeling SO FAB after finishing all my exams and optimistic about getting a 4.0 this semester. grades aren’t in yet but keeping fingers crossed! anyway DIS WORKOUT ROCKED so SWIPE for videos and SAVE it! + tag your lifting buddy so u can do it together 👯‍♀️ — 1. incline DB press 3x10-12, 3x4-6 2. chest flies 4x15 ↳ SUPERSET skullcrushers 4x12 3. seated DB overhead press 4x12-15 4. tricep kickbacks 3x12 each arm 5. straight bar tricep pushdown 4x15 6. mid cable chest fly 4x15 — I went high volume for this and was feeling it by the end! sometimes upper body workouts don’t get me crazy sweaty but this wasn’t the case - keep rest times low, weights reasonably heavy, put on your favorite workout playlist and push yourself! the endorphins are still flowin’ after this even 2 hours later. hope everyone’s having a fabulous thursday so far!! the weekend is almost here I believe in u 💕 at RPAC

Hey guys. Well I'm knackered. Just got back home from a morning at the gym, so sitting back and chilling out with my PHD Diet Whey post workout shake. Today was arm day and I definitely noticed my tricep and bicep strength increased since last week. Some of the exercises performed today were:- Assisted Dips Cable Tricep Pushdowns Dumbbell Bicep Curls Seated Dips Looking forward to tomorrow as it's leg day and can't wait to see my progress.
