Archer pushups Another pushup progression. Once diamond push ups are easy, try giving these archer pushups a go. Keep one hand at your side which you push up through and your other arm extended out to the side, putting your weight on your fingertips. This is a lot tougher on your triceps and will help build towards a one armed pushup. Also be sure to keep your abs tight and engage your core. Can take a little getting used to keeping your balance. ¿Qué es el cardio? Los ejercicios cardiovasculares, mejor conocidos como cardio, son aquellos ejercicios que mejoran nuestra resistencia e incrementan nuestro ritmo cardiaco y nuestra respiración. La idea es esforzarnos hasta casi perder el aliento. De hecho, una buena sesión de cardio es exitosa cuando, en plena acción, no podemos pronunciar más de 5 o 6 palabras. Si podemos hablar normalmente, no estamos trabajando lo suficiente. . . ¿Cuanto cardio debemos hacer? Depende no todas las personas podemos hacer el mismo cardio,ni el mismo tiempo. Uno de los factores es cual es tu condicion fisica, Hay 2 tipos de cardio El cardio convencional de velocidad lenta y tiempo prolongado. Por ejemplo caminar,trotar lento,etc. Y el entrenamiento por intervalos de alta intensidad o hit . . Ejemplo de hit: trotas 2 minutos y corres 30 seg, y asi seguido hasta q ya no des mas Si comparamos ambos cardio para ver cual es mejor en la perdida d grasa, es mejor el hit. El cardio lento t ayuda a quemar mas grasa durante el entrenamiento pero el hit te ayuda a quemar mas grasa en total, pues sigues quemando grasa horas despues de haber culminado el entrenamiento. Eso no quiere decir q el hit es el unico cardio q debemos hacer, Alguien q viene siendo sedentario o con problemas de sobre peso lo recomendable es que empiece con cardio d baja intensidad, todo depende el caso d cada persona. Si estas en aumento de peso no hagas cardio todos los dias, con 2 o 3 veces a la semana es suficiente. Y si estas en definicion no hagas mas de 45 min. ¿Cuales son sus beneficios? El cardio aumenta nuestro ritmo cardiorrespiratorio, así que quemamos más calorías rápidamente al tiempo que mejoramos nuestro metabolismo y se fortalece nuestro corazón y pulmones. Por si fuera poco, también disminuye el nivel de hormonas del estrés, y gracias a que liberamos endorfinas, nos ayuda a sentirnos más felices.
