Have you ever seen non ripe fruits or veggies at the store? Haven't posted in a hot second. I haven't had the time at school to train as regularly as I'd like to but I'm learning ways and making sacrifices to make it happen. I also set a new Florida state record for my total weight lifted, 1559lbs. And 452 wilks points. 197.5 bodyweight 562lb Squat. 413lb Bench. 584lb Deadlift.

Keeping tabs on nationals this past weekend has me even more fired up. Top sets from training today for a few movement. Chest is something I really want to focus on and improve strength and physique wise. Chasing density and thickness. Working towards making my weak points strengths. SWIPE to see all! . Deficit deads for the win! Actually they suck and destroy my back but @davidgoggins says embrace the suck, do something that absolutely sucks everyday to mentally strengthen your mind 🙌🏻🙏🏻💪🏻! Sooo, with a tweaked back I cautiously did my work sets, 4x3 at 490 with 90 seconds rest in between, then a 5th set for an amrap! Managed 9 on this! Had to cut the workout there as I felt my back not cooperating or wanting to give.. when that happens I usually push thru and pay for I‎t later, NOT TADAY🤣!
