Finally back in the gym today. The upper body pump trifecta. I was short on time so here was the workout. Pullups x 4. Dips x 6. Shrugs x 10. Rest about 20-30 seconds between exercises, 45-60 between rounds. I did 10 rounds. Major pump achieved.

Current feels. I've been working since 1pm (yeah a teacher's job is 9am - 3pm, Monday to Friday *rolls eyes at the haterz*) and now I'm going to go to the gym.
