I'm sure there a bunch of you that saw the @gamechangersmovie and I'm sure some of you heard that it had been debunked and that all of the facts in it were bullshit. I remember a time when just hearing this alone would have been enough for me. I wanted to eat meat, and fuck me I ate a LOT of meat, and I didn't want anyone telling me otherwise. Since the debunk however @joerogan invited @lightningwilks onto the podcast to debate the debunk with @chriskresser and the resulting 4 hour conversation was nothing short of epic. James killed it and left kresser eventually without argument. I made a delicious creamy pasta for lunch. I used a courgette, a red pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 2 huge mushrooms, a chickpea can, baby spinach, and oatly cream. Recipe: blend 3 sun-dried tomatoes (the variety that comes in oil), 1/4 cup tahini, 1/2 cup hummus, (optional:1 tsp hot sauce), 1-1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp water. Add more water or olive oil as needed when blending. It shouldn’t be perfectly smooth, just well-incorporated with small pieces of sun-dried tomatoes. Mix with desired amount of favorite pasta.
