It’s a basic Beans Aloo sabzi but the addition of raw garlic towards the end takes the taste to another level. There is no raw smell of garlic in sabzi, so don’t worry about trying it out. I feel adding just a few crushed garlic at the end retains an amazing aroma in the sabzi. I do this with Gavar ki sabzi n Methi Aloo too, this was my Mother’s invention as we offer Food first to Laddoo Gopal and it so food should be Satwik. So after taking out sabzi for God, she started adding garlic later and it was really a delicious discovery 😋 Ingredients French Beans - 500 GMs Potatoes - 2 medium sized Garlic - 6 to 8 cloves Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Hing - generous pinch Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp Salt to taste Oil - 1.5 tbsp Method 1) Wash, string and cut beans into 1/2” pieces. Wash, peel the potatoes and chop them too. 2) Heat oil in a Kadhai, splutter mustard seeds, once they crackle add Hing and immediately add the chopped beans and potatoes. Mix well and now add all dry masalas. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water, cover with a thali and keep some water on thali too. Cook till Vegetable’s are cooked, don’t over cook as Beans taste better when they have a bite or crunch in them. Keep stirring in between to avoid burning. 3) Coarsely Crush the garlic in mortar pestle. Add it to the beans, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Switch off the flame. Serve with Hot Phulka !!! They’re not the prettiest but they taste dam fine... ✨🙌🏻 #veganrecipes #thepunnet . . . . . heat oven to 180•C... . . INGREDIENTS •2 ripe bananas •1 cup oat flour •1 cup rolled oats •1 cup oat milk (or other nut milk) •Handful of any nuts you like , we used almonds & pecans. Chopped 💥 •Handful of dates chopped into small pieces. •1/4 cup chia seeds. •1 tsp baking powder • 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. ✨ in a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients. ✨ in a separate bowl use a potato masher to mash the bananas 🍌 until smooth. Add the oat milk , vanilla & maple syrup. Mix well. ✨ fold the dry ingredients into the wet. ✨ use a cupcake tray, make sure they’re all even sizes (or at least close to even 😉) bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. ✨✨✨ you can also make this recipe into oat cookies! Just use a baking tray with parchment paper to lay out your cookies 🍪 keep an eye on them after 15 minutes of cooking. Depending on your sizes it may take a little more time or slightly less then 25 minutes.. 💚 BOOM that’s it. 👏🏻 you can also add any seeds or superfood powders you like. Or add in some dark chocolate chips... Very easy & quick Recipe. Guten Morgen liebe Freunde des gepflegten Frühstücks😊 Mein erstes Frühstück war sehr früh und bestand aus einem Proteinshake und danach ging es zur Physiotherapie. Nach der Behandlung hatte ich richtig Hunger und überlegte mir auf dem Fahrrad was ich mir machen könnte und siehe da, herzhafte Proteinpancakes. Bei den Köstlichkeiten stand mein Fokus auf Resteverwertung und so hab ich für den Teig das restliche Ofengemüse von gestern benutzt und die scharfe Zwiebeln wurden gleich mit verspeist😋 Oben drauf kam rote Bete, gesalzene Nüsse geröstete Sojabohnen und Ahornsirup. As always it's simple and super healthy. Per serve of this delicious meal you will get over 27g of protein, and 89% of your daily fiber intake and its extremely low in fat and high in complex carbohydrates. Well, this week I missed both #mealprepsunday and #mealprepmonday. Since I don't like food to go, I decided to prepare something quickly this morning. After slicing onions, courgette, tomatoes and beans, I steamed them in some olive oil and then simply let them simmer with some vegetable broth and oatmilk while trying to cover my fatigue with make-up. RE - educación Sureña. Porque le queríamos poner un nombre y ese llegó muy espontáneo >> Llegamos hace casi dos meses a El Palmar, y como pensabamos estar un corto tiempo trajimos provisiones para ello. Sabiamos que no iba a ser fàcil comprar a granel, y por ende sin plástico. La AVENA fue una de la cosas que trajimos en cantidad, porque creemos que es un alimento rico, versátil y nutritivo (y eso que aún no habíamos conocido la última receta estrella de @flor_hudecek). Hay algo másque nos hace elegirla, y es la razón de más peso tal vez: es un ingrediente para hacer, de manera MUY fácil, rápida y económica, una variedad de leche vegetal. Y para nosotras eso es VITAL, porque los Bricks NO SE RECICLAN AL 100% EN ESPAÑA, y consumirlos es contribuir con un GRAN problema. Y sí, es verdad que cada tanto apetece un café con rica e instantánea leche, pero cuando eso nos pasa vamos a algún sitio que nos guste y tomamos uno. Aquí en El Palmar vamos a @homies_surf_skate y nos tomamos un súper café con la leche de almendras que tienen 🙌🏽 y listo, no es radicalidad, sino es un poco de consciencia y buscar equilibrio entre las necesidades básicas y los gustitos que podemos darnos cada tanto. En la última foto, la de los frasquitos, en uno tenemos la leche y en el otro la pulpa, con la que hicimos una especie de “paté” salado con especias. Hay muchas recetas para aprovechar esta pulpa, ya les mostraremos nuestras preferidas.

Am Anfang des Jahres habe ich mich intensiv mit meinem Besitz auseinandergesetzt und in dem Atemzug auch den Minimalismus für mich entdeckt. Ich wollte VIEL weniger Kram haben, ich wollte es clean und übersichtlich in meinen 4 Wänden bekommen aber was noch ein ganz wichtiger Punkt für mich war, bzw. Immer noch ist: WENIGER KAUFEN! In der Zeit des Onlineshoppings gibt man so viel schneller unnötig Geld aus. Man sitzt auf der Couch, scrollt durch Instagram oder andere Plattformen und sieht auf einmal DAS (vermeidlich) lebensverändernde Teil. Drei Klicks später ist es gekauft. Ja Gut, schon irgendwie verrückt. Jedenfalls habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich in den letzten Wochen mehr gekauft habe als mir lieb ist und ich habe tatsächlich ein richtig beklemmendes Gefühl. Irgendwie als hätte ich den Überblick verloren. Deshalb möchte ich mir hiermit ein Kaufverbot bis Ende des Jahres setzen⛔️ •kennt ihr das Gefühl? Wie ist euer Kaufverhalten? Recipe⁣ (yields 1 serving) INGREDIENTS: ~ 1 serving fresh flat rice noodles (there are fresh ones at Asian market too)⁣ ~ 1/2 cup of fresh mung bean sprouts⁣ ~ 1/4 cup of chopped chives (cut into 2 inch sticks)⁣ ~ 1 teaspoon minced garlic⁣ ~ 1 teaspoon homemade sambal (recipe on highlights)⁣ ~ oil⁣ 🍃Sauce (mix all in a bowl, set aside): 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon stir fry sauce (aka vegetarian oyster sauce), 1/2 teaspoon dark sauce, dash of white pepper⁣ ⁣_ METHOD: ✔️When using fresh flat rice noodles (if you are in Malaysia, be sure to ask which type is suitable for stir fry as the width of noodles differs for soup version), I love to separate the noodles by strand before cooking. ⁣ ⁣ ✔️In a heated pan with 2 teaspoons oil, sauté garlic until lightly brown, add sambal & noodles and quickly stir to avoid noodles from sticking together. ✔️Then, add in ready mixed sauce and continue to stir and toss. Easy Curry Fried Rice by @thefoodietakesflight 🍚 So easy to make and only requires a few basic ingredients! ​ CURRY FRIED RICE Good for 1-2 servings __ 2 cups cooked rice 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp diced onions or onion leeks 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 to 1 tsp salt (adjust depending on desired taste) Sesame seeds for topping. 1 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos — Vegetables (this part is really up to you!) 1 cup corn, peas, and carrots mix (I used a frozen mix) Spring onion, for topping __ 1. In a pan, heat the sesame oil. 2. Add in the onions and sauté until tender. Add in the garlic and sauté as well. 3. Add in the vegetables and cook until tender. 4. Add in the rice and curry powder. Banana Bread Recipe: Servings: 8 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 55 minutes Ingredients: 220 g of plain flour 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 teaspoon of cinnamon ½ cup of rice malt syrup  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 2 eggs / 2 bananas to replace for plant based 125 grams coconut oil 3 soft and brown medium sized bananas Bananas sliced ontop to decorate . . . . Method: . 1. Preheat oven to 200°C. . 2. Begin by combining dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, cinnamon, into a bowl. . 3. Then in a seperate bowl add remainder of wet ingredients; syrup, vanilla, eggs, coconut oils and banana, and mix until well combined. . 4. Finally, add wet ingreduents to flour mix and combine again until well incorporated. Spoon mixture into lightly greased loaf tin lined with baking paper. To finish, top with sliced bananas to decorate 5. Bake for 55 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Cool in the tin for 20 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. I have been craving these Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats for so long so I finally had them this morning 😍 They're so creamy and filling and also a great source of protein, fibre, calcium and potassium! • Recipe: 1/2 cup oats 1 cup milk of choice 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 mashed banana Sprinkle of chia seeds (optional but adds more nutrients 👌) • Mash the banana and peanut butter together then use a spoon to mix with the other ingredients. Leave in the fridge overnight. I added blueberries and cacao nibs to mine this morning, tastes great and adds some more vitamins! #easybeangreen

. 😍😍Soupe improvisée, bien épaisse et goûteuse grâce aux épices😍😍. . - 1 cs d'huile. - 1 oignon. - 2 gousses d'ail. - 1 bon morceau de gingembre frais. - 1 grosse patate douce (700 g). - 200 g de marrons. - 1 poignée de pois chiches. - 1 boîte de 400 g de tomates concassées. - 400 g d'eau. - Curry, cumin, cannelle, gingembre, curcuma (à vous d'adapter les quantités et épices selon vos goûts, en ce qui me concerne, j'ai mis 1 cc de chaque). - 150 g de crème soja (ou autre crème végétale). - Sauce soja, poivre, piment. - Croûtons et sauce Sriracha (sauce pimentée). . Faire revenir dans l'huile l'oignon, l'ail, le gingembre frais coupé le plus finement possible, et les épices pendant quelques minutes. . Ajouter la patate douce coupée en morceau. Faire revenir quelques minutes. Verser les tomates, l'eau, les pois chiches et continuer la cuisson jusqu'à ce que la patate douce soit cuite. . Ajouter le reste des ingrédients sauf les croûtons et la sriracha et mixer. . Je voulais une texture épaisse, donc je n'ai pas beaucoup mixé. . Si vous préférez une texture veloutée, il faudra certainement ajouter ou de l'eau ou de la crème et mixer plus longtemps. . Yesterday’s lunch and dinner. I managed to get trapped in the house yesterday (a dodgy porch door that wouldn’t open), so I had to have an emergency lunch of what I could scrape together; a couple of @lindamccartneyfoods sausages and a massive pile of kale and edamame with lots of chilli sauce. Once Steve got home and we managed to wrestle the door and let him in, we had leftover chilli - sweet potato, black beans, pinto beans, lentils, red pepper, chipotle, tomatoes etc, with brown rice and something unusual for us; vegan cheese. We were all out of yeast and as shops near us don’t sell it, we tried the @kokodairyfree cheddar style block. It was surprisingly nice.

Sweet and Spicy Udon Noodle Stir-Fry by @thefoodietakesflight 🤤 Cooked with a delicious sauce and packed with lots of veggies! ​. ​Recipe 2-3 servings _ INGREDIENTS 400g (2 cakes) cooked udon noodles* 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips 1 240g block extra firm tofu, drained and sliced into strips ½ large onion, sliced into strips 1 small carrot, sliced into strips 4 cups (200g) shredded cabbage 1 tbsp neutral oil Sesame seeds, for garnishing Chopped spring onions, for garnishing *Note: Feel free to use other noodles if you’d like! _ Sauce Ingredients 2 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos 1 ½ tsp sriracha, adjust according to desired spice ¼ cup room temp. water 3 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tsp sesame oil ½ tbsp cornstarch _ METHOD: 1. Heat the oven to 350F. On a lined baking tray, bake the tofu until lightly golden for around 25 mins. You can opt to pan fry the tofu in some oil if you’d like. 2. Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Make sure the cornstarch is diluted. 3. Heat a pan. Add in 1 tbsp oil. Sauté the onions until tender. Add in the bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Sauté until cooked, around 10 minutes. 4. Add in the tofu and cooked noodles. Pour in the sauce mixture. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the noodles have absorbed the sauce. Turn off heat and then garnish with some sesame seeds and spring onions, if desired. I’ve been hitting the @sovegan in 5 book hard this week. Trying to find new and exciting (but also healthy) recipes for breakfast for a 9 year old. This Berry Chia Pudding was a hit. Margot made this by herself and was very proud of the result. Chia seeds are insanely good for you so I’m pleased this turned out so well.
