Masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok lalu potong dua roti gandum taruh diatas telur lalu bolak balik rotinya sesegera mungkin. Rapikan pinggir telur agar melengket di masing-masing sisi rotinya. Tambahkan panas kompor lalu balik telurnya. Tambahkan keju yg sudah dipotong di satu sisi dan daun selada di sisi lainnya. Mazorca Desgranada con Champiñones👩🏼‍🍳💖🌽🥣 ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣Hoy es viernes de “comida rápida”! pero como no es fácil conseguir este tipo de domicilios por aquí, preparé esta versión saludable y vegetariana de Mazorca Desgranada, que literalmente estuvo lista en menos de 15 minutos! ⁣ ⁣ 🛒Ingredientes (puede alcanzar para 2 porciones):⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ✅300 gramos de maíz (pueden usar de lata)⁣ ✅1 diente de ajo machacado o finamente picado⁣ ✅1/4 de taza de cebolla blanca finamente picada⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ✅1/2 taza de champiñones ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣✅Sal al gusto ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ✅PAM o aceite en spray (o el aceite que usen)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ✅Queso rallado al gusto (usé mozarella light)⁣ ✅Limón (opcional)⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 🥣Preparación: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣En un sartén a fuego medio, pon un poco de @pamcookingsprayofficial o aceite en spray, luego agrega el ajo y la cebolla. 2 xícaras de coco ralado seco
4 colheres (sopa) de farinha de aveia sem glúten (trituramos a aveia em flocos no liquidificador até virar farinha)
½ xícara açúcar demerara
1 colher (sopa) de óleo de coco
2 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho
MODO DE FAZER
Em um bowl, junte todos os ingredientes e misture bem, até homogeneizar. Disponha em forminhas de silicone (usamos forminhas quadradas de muffin) e leve a assar em forno a 180 ºC até dourar (cerca de 20min, mas fique de olho que muda de acordo com o forno). Espere esfriar, desenforme e se delicie!
👉🏻 Essa receita também funciona com o coco ralado úmido e adoçado, mas aí é preciso diminuir um pouco a quantidade de açúcar demerara para não ficar exageradamente doce. 😉

Don’t forget to take care of yourself. 🖤 I’ve seen too many posts of people not getting enough sleep (myself included), dealing with emotional stress and even not having the appetite to eat (yep me too). It’s very easy to forget about taking care of yourself. I caught myself early this week skipping meals. 💆🏽‍♀️I can’t be an effective advocate or counselor if I’m not taking care of myself, so since Wednesday I got back into a better routine as hard as it was. This plate of baked tempeh with turmeric rice (just add a pinch to the rice you’re cooking), baked zucchini and avocado made it a little easier. Please remember to check in with yourself and stay well. 🥺 . Baked Tempeh 1 block of tempeh Juice of 2 limes 1/4 cup white vinegar 1 tsp sazon seasoning** 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp oregano 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup of vegetable broth 1/8 tsp salt (or to taste) . Cut tempeh in half into 2 even blocks. With a knife, pierce into the tempeh at least 6 times on both sides. In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, lime juice, and salt. Dice up the onion and set aside. Place tempeh blocks in a shallow bowl. Top with diced onion and pour over juice mixture all over the tempeh, making sure that tempeh is properly coated. Seal container and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes if you have the time. Bring a sauté pan to medium heat, and place blocks of tempeh along with marinade and sear on both sides for 1-2 minutes each. Add in vegetable broth and bring to a low simmer and cover. Allow tempeh to absorb most of the liquid. Take tempeh, and place on a baking tray. Season with a pinch of salt and pop in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. If using an air frier, add tempeh and bake at 370F for 8-9 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with vegetables and starch of your choice. . Sazón is a latin seasoning you can find in the international section of your store. My favorite sazón though is by the company @eatloisa. 👏🏽

Stuffed peppers- good. Fried eggplant- good. Caramelized onions- good. Basil pesto marinated fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes- good. Let's put everything together- very gooood. Stuffed peppers with air fried eggplant, caramelized onions, garlic and fresh oregano. Served with Basil pesto marinated fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Ingredients for 4 servings: •4 medium green bell peppers •1 medium eggplant •3-4 medium onions •2 tablespoons olive oil •2 cloves of garlic • salt and pepper to taste •6 oz. mozzarella cheese •3 table spoons of halved cherry tomatoes •2 tablespoons basil pesto Cut eggplant into one inch cubes. Mix them with salt, pepper, olive oil and crushed garlic. Put them in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 390 F. Roasting it in the oven is an option too. 375 F for 20 minutes, or until soft to a touch. Cut the onions into thin wedges, and sautee on medium heat until they are soft and light brown. Mix the onion with the eggplant. Cut the top off the green peppers, and clean them out. Stuff them with the eggplant and onion mixture. Place the peppers in a pan which has 2 inches of water. Cook at 375 F degrees for 45 minutes. Make sure your oven is preheated first. In the meantime, the mozzarella cheese needs to be cut into half inch cubes, and mix it with the halved cherry tomatoes and basil pesto. When the peppers are ready, serve warm with the cheese and cherry tomatoes on the side. VEGAN EGGPLANT PARMESAN BAKE🤩 this might be one of my favorite vegan recipes ive ever made and the rest of the fam agrees. it’s so yummy and honestly not that difficult to make if you have the time. also you’ll have leftovers for days. if you’re a chicken parm or lasagna lover you’ll def want to try this out!! here’s what you will need: -2 eggplants -1 cup gf flour (@bobsredmill is my fav) -1 cup water -1 cup gf/df breadcrumbs (@udisglutenfree) -1/2 cup vegan parmesan (1/2 cup cashews, 2 tbs nutritional yeast, 1 tsp coarse sea salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, process until fine in a food processor) -2 tsp oregano -1 jar tomato basil sauce (@primalkitchenfoods) -1 container @kitehillfoods Ricotta - @violife_foods Vegan Mozzarella -fresh basil to make: slice eggplant into 1/2 inch pieces and cover in salt, let sit for 30 mins then press excess water out with a paper towel. combine flour and water in one bowl and breadcrumbs, parmesan, and oregano in one bowl. coat the eggplant pieces with the flour/water mixture and then the breading mixture. place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins flipping halfway through. once they are finished, add 1/3 jar of tomato sauce to the bottom of a large baking pan and then add one layer of eggplant on top (pieces should overlap a little). add a dollop of ricotta to each eggplant and then add another 1/3 jar of sauce. place second layer of eggplant on top and cover with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with more vegan parmesan. cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins. remove the foil and sprinkle as much vegan mozzarella as you like. place back in the over for 10 minutes. remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. enjoy with some fresh basil on top! • • #glutenfree #dairyfree #healthyfood #vegan #healthylifestyle #fitness #fit #foodstagram #food #foodblog #healthydinner #dinner #healthydinnerideas #vegetarian #veganrecipes #plantbased #vegandinner #eggplant

Hola, buenas tardes!! Hoy les traemos una receta que no tiene nada que envidiarle a las grandes cadenas de comida rápida 😉 . 🍞Palitos de Ajo . Especificación de especias para la salsa . 🔶1 cucharadita de azúcar 🔶1/4 taza de agua 🔶1 cucharadita de aceite 🔶1/4 cucharadita de jugo de limón 🔶1/4 cucharadita de sal 🔶1/4 cucharadita de oregano 🔶1/8 de albahaca seca 🔶1/8 cucharadita de tomillo . Preparación palitos de ajo . 1️⃣En un bol poner el azúcar, la levadura y el agua tibia. Esperar 10 minutos hasta que se formen burbujas. 2️⃣Agregar la harina, aceite y sal y mezclar hasta formar una masa homogénea y elástica. 3️⃣Dejar reposar por 45 minutos a 1 hora en un lugar tibio hasta que doble su tamaño. 4️⃣Una vez lista, pasamos la masa a una mesa y la estiramos con ayuda de un rodillo de cocina. 5️⃣Hacemos la forma de un rectángulo (este no debe quedar delgado), cortamos la masa en tiritas gruesas. 6️⃣Las tiritas las podemos cortar por la mitad para tener palitos más pequeños o las podemos dejar largas. 7️⃣Una vez hecha todas las tiras, las pasamos a una lata de horno previamente aceitada. (Con aceite en spray o aceite esparcido con un papel absorbente). Dejar reposar por 15 minutos tapados en un lugar tibio. 8️⃣Habiendo pasado los 15 minutos, calentar el horno a 200°C y poner los palitos por 7 minutos. 9️⃣Mientras se cocinan nuestros palitos, pondremos en un sartén la margarina y el ajo en polvo. Esto formará una pasta liquida, la cual debemos reservar. (Si se pone dura, volver a prender el fuego) 🔟Pasado los 7 minutos sacar los palitos y con ayuda de una brocha poner la pasta de margarina y ajo sobre estos. Espolvorear queso rallado por encima. 1️⃣1️⃣Volver a poner los palitos por 7 minutos más y retirar del horno. . Preparación salsa . 1️⃣En una sartén poner la salsa de tomate, agua, limón, aceite, sal, especia.
