As I mention this morning here is, lower body workout, no equipment (yoga mat it鈥檚 not really necessary 馃槄 as same as the chair 馃獞) just your body weight . You can put as many sets as you want as same as many reps as you want to do 馃檭馃檭 . 4 first exercises are standing ones: 馃攨Sumo squats 馃攨Static lunges 馃攨Standing kick back (bend a bit over and hold yourself on a chair or wall) 馃攨Standing side Kick (you can use the chair or a wall if your balance is not really good) . The last 3 exercises are floor ones: 馃攨 Glute bridges 馃攨Donkey kick-back 馃攨Kick-backs (The difference in between donkey and kick-backs are: arms positions ( donkey is a quadruped position and kick-back the forearms are in touch with the floor) also the kick it鈥檚 different too, (donkey is a straight kick and on a kick back the kick is going back and up) . Ahora veremos una serie de ejercicios de manera activa para calentar pre entrenamiento, es uno de los factores m谩s importantes y estoy seguro que m谩s de uno ignora , la idea es que prepares al m煤sculo para la actividad que vas a realizar no solo para que su capacidad de contracci贸n sea mayor si no para que tambi茅n prevenir una lesi贸n en un ejercicio . Tenemos que entender que un m煤sculo dependiendo de la acci贸n est谩 normalmente en reposo si este m煤sculo pasa de esta en reposo a una contracci贸n (por ejemplo realizas una lagartija) pasa a un estado de activaci贸n brusco sin estar preparado , eso puede provocar una contractura al instante o un desgarre en el peor de los casos. Por eso los invito a calentar 5 a 10 min previos a su entrenamiento.
