😌Aloha! Saturday chillaxing! It's been raining alllll day and that means it's time to stay inside from non-driving individuals and just chill! I am good with that! . Today I broke fast at 22 hours with a delicious cheesy folded egg omelette topped with salsa, lamb meatballs with mozzarella cheese, Chia seeds, furikake and Cayenne rolled inside and cheese drizzled on top, green beans sauteed in lemon pepper with sunflower seeds. Ahh, this meal was really delectable! Afterwards I sipped my hazelnut coffee with whipped cream and cinnamon... ohhhh yessss!😋 See you at dinner!

Do you love sushi and Japanese food? Do you consider it a “healthy” option? People think sushi is “healthy” but you can still get a Big Mac combo for less calories. If FAT and WEIGHT LOSS is your GOAL then just be aware of these things. A salad can also run much higher than a burger combo. That’s why terms like clean eating and healthy eating are stupid labels without context. I got beef teriyaki with rice, an 8 piece unagi roll and stole some sashimi from my wife. All in all around 1600 calories. Anything can be enjoyed you just have to be accountable for what you eat and make it fit your goals, lifestyles and preferences to be successful long term. For me I implement Intermittent fasting and calorie cycling combined. With the right tools and knowledge I can eat what I want without getting fat and without having to rely on exercise. 💯 guilt free. And I am not promoting Big Macs. 100/100 I will pick sushi over McDs because that’s what I love. Após formar uma massa homogênea, acrescente a farinha e bata por mais dois minutos. Desligue o liquidificador e misture o fermento com a ajuda de uma colher. Despeje a massa em uma forma untada ou de silicone. Asse em forno médio por 30 minutos. 🛍Aloha! Hope your Friyay was pleasant and uneventful. Ended my catching some shopping deals AND had a close friend stop by so I am content!😌 . . I broke fast at 20 hours today with cheesy turmeric peppered scrambled eggs with chia seeds, sauteed brussel sprouts, cut up Turkey sausage, cashews and mozzarella cheese and Turkey bacon. I also had a slice of wheat toast with almond butter and cinnamon and hazelnut coffee with whipped cream and cinnamon. Yum-my! 😋 With it being so busy today and I chose not to extend my eating window, it unexpectedly turned out to be OMAD. So tomorrow I will break fast earlier in the day!🤗

Hello instagram and Facebook. I’m back again but this time with different goals. After struggling with my weight for years, cutting then falling off the wagon then cutting again and so on and so forth.. Well, I got fairly lean this year dropped from 250 to 190 in about 4 months. But then I got appendicitis had surgery and it derailed my progress and I lost some gains while putting back on 20 lbs of mainly fat. Although I put on some fat, my biggest concern at the moment is gaining my strength and muscle mass back while limiting fat gain following mainly a warrior diet. And I’m happy to say I’m starting to feel bigger and today I benched 275 for 3 after only a month of consistency back in the gym! These gains are coming back quickly.
