On the eleventh day of fitness my coach gave to me #11partnerspacing. Dang that floor block was crazy. Why was partner A using the same muscles as partner B?!? Longest 6.5 minutes over and over and over. Covered a total of 4995 meters on the treadmill / rower block. Hoping this week is going to get better. Everything that can go wrong at work seems to be going wrong. I don't know what the heck is going on. Is Mercury in retrograde or something? At least I can control being active and getting a sweat in! Squeezed in a 45 minute Peloton ride at lunchtime and then for good measure did some weights too. #wcw in Taiwan. This is my face when I realize that my girlfriend was addicted to Hello Kitty. Then my face after I accepted that because I love her so much. It did make me grow a beard though, to my surprise. But in all seriousness, this beautiful woman stood by me through the toughest part of my life. She gave me encouragement, joy, along with comfort after my mother had passed away. She was willing to give me more time when I was feeling sad. Even though, she has been very busy as of late with work. The commitment and love she shows me is amazing. Surviving the 'Silly Season' 🎅 🎅 With a little thought and planning, it is very easy to stay healthy whilst still enjoying all of the holiday celebrations! The key to success is to stick to a routine.. Keep up with your exercise, healthy eating and sleep regime. You have worked hard throughout the year and there’s no need to give up now! When you break habits (all of the good ones that you have made), it is so much harder to get back into it. Top tips: -  Plan your weekly meals and social occasions at the start of the week. -  Stock your fridge and pantry with seasonal produce. -  Schedule exercise into your week so that you’ll never miss a workout. -  Practice sleep hygiene – go to bed at the same time each night. -  If you fall off the wagon due to ONE occasion, don’t use this as an excuse to keep going. -  Be realistic – set yourself achievable goals and expectations for this time of year. Finally some good news 😌 after countless tests it's confirmed my heart is in good working order! In still fighting depression a little and there's still alot going on at the moment , but it's nice to have a couple of great things happen recently to get me back on track to find myself again . 2019 is going to be a good year full ofalot of weight training with @mrqball2 , Tough Mudders , Martial Arts , Music (hopefully) and general good times . Thanks to everyone who has been there to support me recently. I don't do well when it comes to looking after myself but you all made it easier for me to accept it and sort out the help I need.
