A goal means something different to everyone and it is not necessarily about the number on the scales. I have never needed to lose weight but jumped on my nutrition plan 12 years, through some encouragement, for my lack of energy. In 12 years I have used my nutrition plan to maintain my weight and my energy certainly sky rocketed. As a side benefit it has reshaped my body. Recently I set a goal to achieve a muscle mass of over 40kgs. With my small frame I didn't think it was possible. 3 weeks ago though I started consistently exercising (4x45 minute sessions a week) and changed how I used my nutrition plan around my exercise. 3 weeks ago my muscle mass was 39.3kgs. I have always been passionate about hiking and mountain climbing and a few years ago completed the 3 day inca trail in Peru. ⠀ ⠀ 2️⃣ What do you love about it? When hiking I love the fresh air and the fact I can hike with other people including my family.⠀ ⠀ 3️⃣ Best piece of health/fitness advice? Always find time to look after yourself, even if it is enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning before all the kids get up and the craziness begins.
