Pur non necessitando dell'uso delle macchine, l'allenamento funzionale può richiedere l'uso di piccoli strumenti come pesi o TRX, ELASTICI, PALLE MEDICHE e kettlebell che sono a disposizione degli utenti. Ma il vero valore aggiunto della palestra è uno staff qualificato e dei Personal trainer e preparatori atletici, pronti a seguire il vostro allenamento passo dopo passo. Senza una guida adeguata, è molto facile commettere errori nella postura o nell'esecuzione degli esercizi che possono addirittura causare infortuni. Se si soffre di una qualche patologia o disturbo a schiena, articolazioni o altro, è consigliato evitare di fare da soli e mettersi nelle mani di un buon istruttore. Oltre a vigilare sulla corretta esecuzione degli esercizi, l'istruttore garantisce la varietà e stimola ad allenarsi anche i più pigri. Di contro, chi preferisce la liberà delle pareti domestiche e possiede lo spazio necessario in casa propria dovrà essere dotato di notevole forza di volontà per autoimporsi un allenamento a scadenza regolare a ritmi elevati. Uno dei maggiori vantaggi dell'allenamento casalingo è quello di poter eseguire un qualsiasi programma in base ai propri tempi e ritmi senza essere condizionato da fattori esterni. Questa scelta è consigliata a chi possiede uno spazio sufficiente in casa o in giardino, a chi ama l'aria aperta e a chi preferisce la solitudine della propria dimora alla dimensione sociale della palestra. Naturalmente la scelta domestica è anche la meno costosa visto che si evita il pagamento di rette e l'acquisto di abbigliamento sportivo consono ad allenarsi in pubblico... Ingredienti per 2 porzioni abbondanti di gnocchi: 200 gr di zucca pesata cotta 200 gr di farina integrale 1 uovo 1 pizzico di sale . Procedimento : Cuocere la zucca in forno per 40 min, lasciarla raffreddare e poi unirla a farina e uovo.
