NERVE MOBILISATION FOR UPPER LIMB & NECK PROBLEMS⠀⠀ •⠀⠀ Healthy nervous system allows movement at the end range of joints. Sometimes nerves get really sensitive to movement, often because of inflammation. In these situations it’s good to move the nerves, but not so hard that it triggers pain. That’s where these exercises come into play. This sequence of movements is biased toward one of the three main branches of nerves in the upper limb, called the median nerve.⠀⠀ •⠀⠀ In the first variation you do a so-called SLIDER exercise. As you take the nerve to it’s extreme at the hand, you give it some slack at the neck by side bending your head. This should give you no sensation of stretch while maximising the nerve’s movement.⠀⠀ •⠀⠀ The last two variations are called TENSIONERS. Here you start to actually tense (or stretch) the nervous system. Do the slider first and as you get better you should try to progress towards the tensioners (these should be non-painful as well).⠀⠀ •⠀⠀ DISCLAIMER: This is not medical advice. For me gym has never been a room of some fitness machines or dumbbells.It is a part of my life now.For me putting on some lean muscle mass has always been hard but if you want that 6 pack abs for the holidays if you got that in a week you wont come back to strive more. ПОЧЕМУ важно делать РАЗМИНКУ ⠀ Сохраняй🔖 и выполняй всегда▶️ ⠀ Разминка перед тренировкой — это комплекс упражнений для подготовки тела к физической нагрузке💪, который поможет вам избежать травм и провести занятие максимально эффективно. ⠀ Разогреваем и усиливаем кровообращение в мышцах, сухожилиях и связках, подготавливаем ССС. Не важно будет у вас силовая или кардио, разминаться перед тренировкой нужно обязательно! ⠀ Это моя обычная разминка, всегда включаю кардио и растяжку. ⠀ ⚠️На 3 слайде, я показала, чем заменять прыжки (Jumping Jack).
