I would also add that the success of yoga is also in how we feel in that moment. It can be a game changer. Estirar con posturas simples como #urdhvahastasana es una manera fácil de comenzar puedes mantener unas 10 respiraciones largas al comienzo y luego seguir con otras posturas básicas como #virabhadrasana2. . Es bueno integrar alguna inversión como puede ser #viparitakarani que es con la espalda en el suelo y las piernas arii a en forma de L o #ardhaadhomukhasvanasana como aparece en la imagen, recordar hacerlo con cuidado y SOLO si tú cuerpo ya está preparado para realizarla. . También posturas de equilibrio como #vrksasana nos ayudan a equilibrar nuestra mente y a fortalecer pies y piernas, si te cuesta realizarla con el pie sobre la rodilla lo puedes hacer con el pie debajo de ella o apoyando el talón hacia la pierna de apoyo en el tobillo. . Para complementar y repetir durante tu tiempo de práctica no puedes olvidar posturas cómo #uttanasana que nos ayudan a fortalecer y estirar la espalda, #urdhvauttanasana es una buena opción para observar la estiracion de la espalda baja y comenzar a realizar la postura completa. . 🔴Recuerda que si aún no puedes estirar bien tu espalda manteniendo tu cabeza separada de los hombros y tu pecho abierto Debes doblar tus rodillas. . Crear una mini rutina de yoga no es tan difícil si respetas tu cuerpo y tus tiempos. .
