When l started Kaiut Yoga and held a consistent practice for over a year, I noticed a great change in my posture beginning from a deep layer within my structure. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € When life happened, I could still feel the changes. By utilizing this method, I began to shed layers of my old self with out even knowing it. This work is subtle, powerful but subtle. It moves with the pace of nature. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € I physically dissolved old patterns that my old self was clinging onto. I softened restrictions to find more space and more freedom of movement. This gave me the courage to stand strong for reasons that I now fully understand. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € And want to know the best part? I did this on my own terms, softly, in full alignment with my body and my past. I was taught how to listen to my body and the feedback it provided.
