I crave to take the freedom to thank one specific woman who heaved me up. After my Grand Prix contest, I came across a lot of difficulties and ended up in the unfortunate part of my life, I also felt abandoned. Because I did not want to share it with anyone, but my coach/best friend/motivator you name it Tone Opheim brightened me up, fulfilled my needs and not only did she make my life get better quite fast. But my form also got better than I ever have presented and I am looking forward to work towards a show with no obstacles ahead! So I want to say thank you, @toneopheim ! I am glad I came across you at worlds, you always saw the good in me and since that day I have appreciated every minute you have set to talk to me and support me! Day 2: YOGA One of the biggest reasons why I was so "against" yoga for so many years is because most of the times, there isn't any sweat involved; and I tend to measure the success of a workout by how much I sweat. But as I've practiced and learned the moves, I understand that yoga isn't about accumulating sweat drops - it's about building up your sense of awareness and becoming mindful of your body from head to toe. Feeling 10X more relaxed and genuinely happy at the end of 30 minutes, THAT is a successful yoga flow. Anybody have any cool moves I can try?
